Upon contacting Amazon management over half a dozen times for the last 3 years and assured my packages would always be delivered to my front door, Amazon allows FedEx to abuse the contract I'm delivering door-to-door and continue to abuse customers. Though, UPS is used, it is non-problematic.

FedEx and Amazon both permit package mishandling, wrong address, Etc. And when calling Amazon, often, then not, when escalation is requested with an overseas call center, there is usually a denial, a complaint from the representative, or the call as mysteriously ended abruptly. Unfortunately, regarding the delivery issues even when presented to a u.s. call center, it is ineffective.

The promises are empty. How can a multi-billion-dollar company dependent upon customer-centric service allows abuse?

Amazon permits Rogue FedEx drivers to fabricate an embellishment re: packages are being left in mailroom. There is no mail room!

User's recommendation: Easy access to chat mode, follow up, and availability to us call centers in the event overseas call centers prove inadequate. Prevent FedEx drivers from refusing to deliver packages in safe neighborhoods without dogs!

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
