Amazon has resolved my issue with them in satisfactory manner! I am very pleased with the outcome!

My order has been placed in the paid status and has been shipped!

I have given them a 5-star rating! Thank You Amazon!

Currently I am modifying my method of payment from credit /debit card to Amazon gift card as a method of payment for Amazon online shopping. For some reason Amazon's Customer Service has not made this change.

My purchase of a Samsung remote control unit on 8/28/15 has remained unpaid,even though I have deleted all debit/credit cards from my account! I have updated my payment method to Amazon Gift Card as my new method of payment. Amazon's Customer Service has failed to initiate these changes!

Don't they want to get paid! My order is currently in the unpaid status and has yet to be shipped!
