Amazon - Postage - Order No. 204-0119126-8632332?

The above product was delivered with normal packaging after I had paid for gift wrapped PLUS a card - both were not received after I had specifically paid for it!!! I am thoroughly disgusted and upset as I live overseas and wanted my daughter on her birthday to receive a specially wrapped gift which did not happen. This has left me extremely depressed, annoyed and frustrated. How can you get away with this?????? Something needs to be done about it WHAT HAVE I PAID EXTRA FOR???????????? Kindly reimburse my account forthwith and be assured I shall NEVER trade with Amazon again!!!!!!!!!!!! Yours, a VERY angry customer

Amazon - Gift Card RIP OFF!!

Tried to use gift card on site, had customer NON-service assist - hit with "pre-authorization" charges that were initially removed when card could not be processed. For 5 days, still has not be refunded. Customer NON-service said it takes 7-10 days for them to refund....then told me I need to call the issuer to refund it, that "we don't do that." Several run ins now with HORRIBLE customer service - leave you on hold for heaven knows how long, without resolution. Cancelling account now. Will use any other resource before using them ever again. Ridiculous and end result is run around. "VALUE OF LOSS - MY TIME that I won't get back!"

Inconsiderate Amazon seller and no response

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift, which was actually given on Dec 28th, as we traveled to the recipient's home after Christmas Day. We didn't arrive home until after Jan 2, the deadline from the Amazon seller (ebusiness). My first request to return the item, which was around Jan 8 (I didn't then know about their deadline) went unanswered. I tried again and was told it wasn't returnable. So 3 things: 1) January 2 is an inconsiderate deadline.2) There's no excuse for not responding to a customer, and 3) it is nearly impossible to contact Amazon with a complains such as this. The menu of options doesn't address it as an option. What is, I suppose meant to make contacting them easy, is a lesson in frustration. Less business - far less - for Amazon from me, and none for ebusiness.

AMAZON STOLE MY MONEY

My amazon account had a $100 gift card balance on it. I placed an order with my credit card on Amazon and received a message that my account is on-hold until I fax in a credit card statement with my name and billing address on it. I was told my account would be restored once I fax these documents. Not only has my account no been restored but each time I fax in the required documents I receive a message that I did not fax in the documents they need, no explanation to what is missing from them and no help at all from customer support! I have reviewed the documents I sent several times and confirmed they do contain the information they asked from me.

Amazon gift cards still want info irrelevant to card

Seems they want your credit card numbers and address. Stating it's to prove you are from the United States. I do not want to give them My credit card number at all, and they will not refund my money from the gift card. I can't find where it states buying a gift card requires giving them your credit card number in the policy, nor do they state they require credit card to use gift card to purchase downloadable pc games. When I state I don't want to use my credit card online at all, that's why I bought a gift card in the first place. They say it's required and will not refund gift cards. So what is the pupose of gift cards?

Amazon Lies

I bought a ice tea maker labeled as new. I got it in the actual box (no secondary box with padding) which was dented and destroyed (this was bought as a gift). When this was opened it was 100% clear it was a used tea maker (GROSS). And to boot it did not work. They are not responding to me nor making any effort to make this right! At this time I am extremely frustrated and plan to contact amex to dispute the charges as well as post a complaint with the BBB this is completely unacceptable. I hope they go out of buisness
