My account was on hold after I placed my orders and instead of explaining to me what to do to fix the problem, they were just asking for my information every time I called them. I called them about six times, because even having my account on hold, I was charged for the products.

I explained to them since the first time that I called that I needed to cancel the orders because my parents were about to leave the US and couldn't receive the packages on time. They guaranteed me that I would be able to cancel ANYTIME but when my account was back I couldn't cancel anything because all the products were out for delivery. The tracking number that shows on amazon website is wrong, so the post office can't help to cancel the delivery or something like that.

In the end, I will have to pay for products that I won~t receive and this is not my fault. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

They put my account on hold for making an unusually large order 5 week before Christmas. WTF? These people are just stupid!
