Orders a 3 volume set of technical manuals. Amazon delivered volume 2.
I contacted them using their returns link and they asked me to return the volume that I had received and they would send a new shipment. When the new shipment arrived it once again is only volume 2, no volume 1 or volume 3.
Contacted them again to say that they had ioncorrectly shipped again.
Their response is that they want me to send back what I have received and they are no longer going to supply the book I want as they dont know what the problem is. Fairly simple, put the 3 books in the box, not just one.
