I have two packages from order 111-7542183-2478658 that STILL have not arrived. I would appreciate it if you would refund my money since apparently your delivery person must’ve just dumped the packages outside somewhere unsafe and they were stolen. The people at the mail room don’t have them and neither do I. Your service is clearly very unprofessional to just dump packages when our office is closed. You could have easily come to my apartment.

I received an email that the items I purchased were shipped but I never received both items so I would like a refund. I tried refund help online and there is no real help online during this covid-19 pandemic. I would appreciate if Amazon could get back with me and resolve this.

Amazon Delivery driver put home owner at risk for COVID 19

Delivery driver (Amazon Fresh) place my family in harms way. Did not wear mask and when asked to wear mask, he got out of his vehicle and challenge home owner to fight and threatened home to come back hurt him. Called Amazon customer service and was unable to reach CS department.

Because Amazon only have my first name, my package are being left downstairs in the lobby of my building any one can take my package. Whoever your carrier is they need to knock on my door just because my last name does not appear on my package but my Apartment number does. A stranger could have picked up my package from the main lobby and brought it upstairs to my apartment. I live in the project no doorman
