I am super pissed at Amazon new delivery carrier Amazon Logistics (AMZL_US) it is by far the worst thing there doing. They’re constantly losing my packages in the transition to their Miami hub, lost 3 packages in same week was supposed to receive.

When they do try to deliver and no one home they never leave any notice to inform you. Oh, and they try to pull “missed my delivery” when I was home all day, and no one showed up. Lazy Driver!!!! They even had the nerve to say, “missed delivery due to incorrect address” I have been using my current address for over 2 years with amazon, very poor excuse on them.

I am a prime-time member and twice they never deliver in two-day time frame. They cannot handle the shipments delivery at all and it's not even close to Christmas!!

Amazon needs to start going back to using UPS and USPS more. Stuff like this makes me not want to order if they keep using Amazon Logistics.

Call 1-877-252-2701 and ask to put special instructions on your account. This could be "ok to leave package at door" or any other secure location.

You can also file a complaint regarding the driver as you mentioned you have been home and no knock on door.

Just undeliverable notification. Have order number available so they can attach correct driver to package.


I'm hoping they'll start using drones.
