I called and chatted with Amazon about this issue:

I have a big issue with Amazon Prime. I re-signed up for my student prime membership for $7.03. I went to check on my Amazon Prime account page and it charged me for the annual fee of $63.87 and another month charge of $7.03. I need my money back asap. Can you please put a RUSH on this request?? My bank will not reverse the charges.

All that Amazon said is the standard you will get your refund in 3-5 business days. I told them, it's in processing according to my bank. Surely, you can reverse these charges? I kept being told no, we cannot do that. I spoke to a manager and got the same song and dance.

Amazon is sure quick to take your money, but it takes a long time for them to refund your money. This is unacceptable!

I'm beyond angry and upset! Goodbye Amazon, your return policies are horrible and you have lost a loyal customer of 20 years!
