Amazon customer service personnel I spoke to Kevin and than his supervisor John. it was the most unprofessional unreasonable customer service Ive ever been in contact with.

They both were so annoyed by my questions that he just wanted to hang up on me.

I had called for a refund two weeks ago and I was giving the runaround I was being told that within the two weeks within a week or so actually I would get my refund but after two weeks there was no refund I had to call again and talk to a professional Amazons customer service unfortunately. The company should be dissolved theyre becoming too big they gonna turn it to another AT&T where nobody cares its like a government office.

User's recommendation: Try as much avoid Amazon altogether but if you can’t try to buy something that you know for sure if you want to return what you don’t have to deal with people who they are and professional and pleasant and I don’t care attitude. I think it’s not their problem they’re overworked and underpaid on they have to work because they’re from a Third World country and they need the money to feed their families I do not blame those people who work for Amazon I blame the person in charge that one I’ll keep seeing more money to one stops with.

Monetary Loss: $374.

Preferred solution: Full refund plus the taxes and one month interest on my credit card which my money was holding a whole month my Amazon.
