I've had an Amazon payment for an order taken out of my account 3 separate times, I'm PISSED! We use Amazon for a crap-ton of various reasons, including items and clothing for my wedding coming up. Someone from Amazon best be getting a hold of me soon or they're going to be loosing some devout customers and it will trickle through many other customers canceling their Amazon and Prime accounts. I get that this COVID BS is having an impact on everyone, but that's absolutely NOT a reason to make it impossible to call Customer service!

Amazon - Shipping address change

Im trying to change the shipping address for an item that is not going to be delivered until April 22. I cannot do this online it keeps sending me in circles. I cannot talk to you on the phone because youre not excepting calls how do I resolve this situation?

Still have an issue Because Amazon is not available to speak over the phone then you use the email option and then they send you a generic response back with links that are supposed to be helpful to your question unfortunately the links that are provided are not going to answer my question or fix my issue or concern I need to actually speak with someone whether its via phone or via chat about my question with my order it is more complicated than just canceling and returning

Bad experience with Amazon

Telephone service is way to long on wait time--- Blame it on the virus---but, that cannot be the reason for this kind of service---tried 2 days--- No complaint because I am not worrying or trying Amazon again, Found the same Black & Decker LST300 trimmer on E-Bay, paid a little bit more, but, the service was great.

I was trying to change an old account of my husbands Edward H Garza who has passed away to my name only and I could not get no one to speak to and make those changes. The reason I was having trouble is because it was under my husbands name but the email was useWas in my name so that was giving me problems to set my own account. I really wish I can use my email account and not the one I created
