According to Amazon my latest order is late and lost in the post. I have had this message since last 8 November. This was initially annoying because I was supposed to get next day one day delivery to a local collection point with student prime. However I just checked the delivery status of this order with Royal Mail online using my tracking reference no.and my order was delivered to the collection point last 8 November and has been waiting there for me all along!

I too was banned from reviews without given a reason. I was referred to their guidelines and found none I violated.

The only thing I can think of is I was offered a refund to change a bad review almost a year ago. My response was no thank you because I pay for items I buy. On this case the vendor should be banned for offering but I was banned for refusing their offer IF this is the reason. I still have the email however Amazon has no appeal process.

This is actually a blessing in disguise because I now don’t have to worry about leaving detailed and carefully thought out reviews. Amazon does not believe in a just and democratic process when the complaint is about them.

They did the same thing to me. They sold me a substitute for the product I ordered and got away with doing so by having the words "packaging may vary" on the sales page.

What I received was not just a different package, but a different product with a different consistency and a different name.

When I said "Not what I ordered. Not happy" on my review I got the same letter you received, although I'm sure I didn't violate any policies.

Amazon is the most wonderful corporation that I know of when it comes to trying please its customers. They really go overboard. While they are not always the cheapest priced company, I have confidence in them. I plan open an amazon credit card very soon. I was bitter over an order I had with Amazon, but within a second after I wrote a horrible message, they replied in the next second. They fixed everything and told me how important I was to them.
