Amazon removed all of my reviews

I use Amazon for both personal and business. Recently I had received a, suppose to be new, personal product that had been used and missing parts. So, as I have done in the past when I receive a faulty or miss-leading product, I return it and right a review. I have been an Amazon customer since 2006 and spent 10s of thousands of dollars through them. The are in fact removing any negative reviews to make themselves and their vendors look good. This creates a false and mis-leading review policy and cannot be trusted. Very unfortunate that a company would do this but, I guess that's why Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon is the worlds richest man!

Details
My wife can no longer watch her videos because Amazon told her she had to update her browser. I find it amazing that amazon feels I should update my browser to suit their needs. Just like that, update or your prime account that you paid for will no longer let you watch videos. Big companies don't seem to realize that stupid decisions can be their downfall. I am debating the value of amazon prime at this moment.

Amazon sent me books that were too late to give..Reliable, efficient UPS picked pkg up same day but Amazon claims to receive it 4 days later..to issue refund that now supposedly takes 3-5 days to get to me!!! Ridiculous manipulation to hold money to make interest..but I can't afford to replace gift until I get refund and totally miss the occasion..
