My account was recently locked by Amazon for no reason. Jeff Bezos is an idiot. My Amazon account is locked because I canceled to many times. I think Jeff Bezos needs to go from Amazon.

I made so many calls in the last week with incomparable complete runaround, transferred from one person to another, waste of time. Issue remains unresolved, had to BEG to speak with a supervisor. Had the good sense to cancel my prime membership. Consumer beware!

And so it is with Amazon. Have been a loyal customer since the beginning when they sold only books, then videos. Customer service used to be authentic. They now don’t care. They are more interested in 3rd party sellers than honoring the customer experience. I’m going elsewhere for anything available elsewhere. Limiting my purchases to only what I can’t find somewhere else and only if I can’t do without. Forget prime- it’s limited to only certain sellers with no ability to exchange with prime shipping from any other seller unless they themselves offer it. Forget Amazon. It was fun while it lasted -other companies are stepping up while Amazon arrogantly treats us with disrespect.

I gave him my number on the order and my address, he wouldnt help me because it came from another email address, because I used paypal account too buy the item, but he was rude and couldnt help , hung up on me in the end, they should put the sub contractor info on the info in the box if they are not dealing with paypal, well thank God for palpay, they will stop it asap! I will use walmart if I can or anyone else, because they are rude and I here they treat there employees like dogs anyways, amazon can go away as fast as they come!

Amazon - Not same day shipping and chat is boiler room

Ordered same day shipping for items within the time frame to have same day. Lo and behold theres a delay and its gonna be another 1-2 days. What is the point of having items for same day? Then I go to Amazon chat and get boiler room garbage where they pass you around until you give up. Seriously! My previous interactions with Amazon have always been great, but I think things are changing and going down hill. Boiler room treatment is a really bad sign.
