I had a problem with an order and wanted to actually SPEAK to a human as it was complicated. Have you ever tried to find a human that will help you. They drag the whole e mail process out hoping that you will just give up!!!

They do keep on file all credit cards that you have used in the past. I learned this by accident when a purchase I ordered was placed before I could enter the card I wanted to use.

What I did was remove all credit cards from my account. Enter the card I want to use when placing an order. Remove the card 24-48 hours after order has been confirmed.

I do not like my card information on file. This procedure helps me manage my acvount.

According to Amazon my latest order is late and lost in the post. I have had this message since last 8 November. This was initially annoying because I was supposed to get next day one day delivery to a local collection point with student prime. However I just checked the delivery status of this order with Royal Mail online using my tracking reference no.and my order was delivered to the collection point last 8 November and has been waiting there for me all along!

I closed my bank account and now I’m fighting Amazon for my issued refund. Wells Fargo sees no activity and Amazon claims Wells Fargo has the money....Wells Fargo doesn’t have my Amazon refund. Now, I’m fighting Amazon for well over a week with no results.

Levy, handle everything for me and told me to go to kohl’s to drop off my item that I wish to return. Levy, should get a raise or better hours. I called around 7:30 pm Pacific standard time and she’s in the Philippines and its around 12 noon out there. I really would appreciate if you could send Levy a gift for me!!! I love talking to people from around the world, it shows you how hard people work. Levy gave me hope and happiness. I was feeling pretty down in the dumbs and she Lifted my spirits up. :)
