I RECEIVED AN AMAZON FIRE HD 8 TABLET

first of all I received this for Christmas and I was like ok first of all the item I received is a piece of *** I cant understand and it seems amazon is partial to using there own technology where I couldn't use chrome or etc I really want to spare feelings from being hurt so I just unplugged it and put it in a drawer do I plan on using it no the point I want to make is to embarrass amazon this item isn't tempting the buttons are small the choices as far as apps what kind of joints are you smoking I hope I get questioned on why im no using it or why isn't it charged up because I will be honest to say why as far as amazon *** you

Tried to place an order but found they closed my account. I have had no returns or complaints with them. I called the account help line but they could not help me and said someone would contact me in a couple of days... Came and gone. Ordered from Walmart. Wow Jeff.. really impressed with putting the customer first and the service.

This happened to me as well. I've had Prime for years- spent TONS on items from Amazon, Several times throughout my holiday shopping, items weren't delivered when guaranteed but I didn't make a big deal about it because I only needed them for Christmas.

Annoying- yes, but I didn't have the energy to take them to task. Fast forward to yesterday. I got an email confirmation for an order I place that was "guaranteed" to come Saturday, when I needed it. Suddenly, it's not coming until Monday.

I spent forever on a fruitless and maddening chat, getting rolled over three times to a new person (which happens automatically when you take longer than 2 minutes to respond!) who then had to familiarize themselves while I waited.

No one would take responsibility for breaking the guarantee. So frustrating.

I needed a replacement for an item that arrived broken. I contacted Amazon at a number on the internet. It actually was an Amazon employee because there was an order placed to return the item. The employee asked a lot of questions, I being dumb, old, and trusting answered them. About 30 minutes after the call ended, I became worried about all the info I shared. I contacted my bank to check activity. Hundreds of dollars had been taken from my accounts and sent to other countries in gift cards and merchandise. Be careful.

Been waiting for a card reader that somehow got sent to the wrong distribution center, this is the third time in a week that Amazon order or delivery that got screwed up and all Amazon can do when you call customer service is say we are so sorry for the inconvenience, as I noted in my other complaint that I had to take time out of my day to call them again at their customer service #1-866-216-1072, my time is just as valuable as Amazon's, so I may look into back charging them for my time, another reason why I will go to Target, Walmart or Best Buy for my purchases from now on.
