Amazon - Phone charges

Phoned Amazon in january was on the phone for less than 20min Most of that was because i was put on holed just got my phone bill Was charged 120pounds that is disgusting, there must be a cheaper Number that c an be used, least to say i will n o t be phoning Amazon again.
