I ordered a cell phone and returned it as they instructed. Two days go by then I go to check where it might be and they lock me out. I never got my money and now I cannot contact them. Its *** because I'm a prime member

I attempted to have my email corrected and ran into problems. The representative ask me what was the last thing I bought at Amazon last year. I told him I really didn’t remember and could he use a different question. He told me he just did. Maybe I just couldn’t understand him. I ask for a supervisor and he told me he was and he was the only one there. He then told me to call back and talk to someone else

Details
Amazon sold a device direct by another company, the Pinlo. The device didn't work. I tried contact to the company, the Pinlo, but not there customer service and Amazon don't care. Amazon did not allow me to write a review about the device, to alert other consumers.

User's recommendation: Be careful when buying unknown devices by Amazon. You can be totally without assistance.

About a month ago my Amazon account was compromised and they closed my account. They told me to change my email password and I did that. I have called about 14 times to customer service with no results, they tell me to give them 24 hours and my account will be re-established but that never happens. Always speak with someone out of the country that hardly speaks English. I normally use Amazon a lot and would like to have my account back!!!!!!!

Amazon - Cant stop 3rd party deliveries

At 830 at night, someone pulls up to our security gate with his music bumping in a personal vehicle and drops a package at our gate. I tried to talk to him but no English. We were 2 days away from sending Amazon our code to enter our property and drop packages at a designated area of our property like we do with UPS and FedEx who deliver in vehicles with their logo on the side. If we had given Amazon our code we would have had a personal vehicle driving through our property at night, with no logo on the side by a guy that cannot speak English, we have a security gate for a reason and armed protection on the property. I called Amazon, and we can't stop the 3rd party deliveries, what a joke of a delivery service.
