Amazon - Horrible Monstrous Company that Protects Csutomer Fraud

Best buyer and seller since 2003. Listed item for sale. Buyer makes claims saying it does not for her iMac. The description area for this item states exactly what models of monitors its for. Buyer says they didn't read that and bought the item based on the title. After checking Wikipedia and taking a look at every model of iMac made the customer could not have a iMac that would correspond to the listing title because Apple never made any such models with that size of screen. Thank you Amazon for covering up obvious customer fraud. Thank you for India based customer service that gives sellers the runaround. I will being seeing Amazon and the customer in small claims court for committing fraud. As to buying or selling on Amazon - Amazon can go straight to ***!

Amazon.com makes frequently bised desions between customers and 3rd party sellers

We decided to file a legal BBB and Consumer’s affair claim against amazon.com Since they started to make biased decisions and giving misleading information. We have robbed by West Wild Studio for a defective item# 110-2971803-1799416. Seller didn’t work with us. We opened an amazon.com A to Z claim. We needed to call Amazon 4 times. We have spoken to Moses, Andrea, Alex (supervisor) Robert, Shenika (Supervisor; who claimed she can not hear us although we had full bars: “Screen Shot” Then she said she hears but she does not understand the accent although she had a very heavy accent! We offered her to connect us to another supervisor. She refused rudely. We needed to call them again. We spoke to Natalie (Supervisor) who promised $99 would be refunded to our Credit Card since Amazon.com sent a completely different item than advertised. Nothing went to credit card! We filed an official complaint to Supervisor Sagar about Shenika. Sagar admitted he didn’t even care to a note Shenika’ name when asked. Seller didn’t want us to return the stands mentioned on his email, since he knew from beginning he had sent a defective item. He only wanted, we return an unopened package of backdrop. The return is done directly to seller. We have sent to Amazon.com USPS receipt and print from USPS site of delivery confirmation to Seller’s address, Neha and Girish still claiming item sent directly to Amazon.com return center instead to seller. Recently, Sampath K. claimed we don’t qualify for the refund for this defective item. Many other supervisors promised by email and on phone, we would receive full refund in 5 days. Nothing received after 12 days! We are very busy business people and our hourly salary is $200 that shows we could have spent thousands of dollars to Amazon of which we did. We have lost at least 2 hours on phone with unprofessional amazon.com supervisors and representatives. The item’s refund is $99.95. Moreover $400 for our time lost, plus $100 for our stress. We are claiming $599.95 from Amazon with the help of BBB and Consumer’s affair claims. All data is in our email and phone conversations are steno typed. Moreover we had 2 items not delivered for months. Amazon.com promised we would get a full refund in 5 days. First, nothing received after 8 days. When we have emailed this claim recently to Amazon.com. In a matter of minutes they refunded 1 of the missing item but the other item still sits, nothing received yet! We have heard Amazon.com does those kinds of tricks to many of their customers… Image, if amazon.com treats us, their VIP customer so poorly and unprofessionally, how they could treat you, if you didn’t buy 100’s of items from them…

Amazon does not care about their Prime customers

If you use a debit card with Amazon, beware. Recently, made a purchase which was cancelled immediately. There stated policy says you have 30 min. to change the order. Well, my card got authorized before that, tying up my checking funds. I pleaded with even Amazon's escalation dept. They could care less whether you can eat the remainder of the month. I'm retired and have a deposit going in 4 days later. I asked Amazon to fax a statement to PNC stating there was opening order. I was told essentially to go jump. Here's the bottom line- Amazon call screens, refuses you the opportunity to call the US, and is heartless to the little guy. Specifically, the mgr of their Arizona escalation dept refused me the right to talk further up the ladder. AMAZON DOES NOT CARE

I have been a loyal customer of Amazon since 2002. In the beginning they were a customer oriented company. Since 2006 I have noticed that this is changing, year by year. Feedback is changed, and republished with new dates, 3rd. party Vendors "can do no wrong". When you file a complaint, especially about a 3rd party vendor things can get testy. I have been told if I don't know how to order properly or if I can't read to just not order. I receive emails that show either downright dishonesty or incompetence reference claims. Such a disappointment that what was a find experience years ago is a disaster now. I ordered a DVD from a vendor. Came thru Region #2, won't play here in USA. Filed a claim after non response from vendor. Got 3 email from Amazon saying, the ad for the vendor DVD said it was a Region #2 DVD. I sent actual screen shot of ad to prove them wrong, they don't care.

My Amazon Reviews were changed

I have been a Prime member since 2005 (?)-whatever the first year was that they offered it. I have written >250 reviews and over the last year, I noticed that my negative (1 or 2 star reviews) were eliminated and that the 5 star review dates were changed to be more recent (hence relevant). And how did I find this out? My sister googled my name and called me and said that all my Amazon reviews were appearing online using my real name. I had never written a review using anything but a username (my son's initials and birth year). It took several phone calls and many emails before anyone contacted me. She never admitted reviews were changed and her suggestion when I complained that anyone googling my name gets pages and pages of reviews I wrote? "Contact Google and have them removed." I asked if she had any idea how impossible that is? She didn't (and didn't care). That was their resolution for their fraudulent activity (changing dates on positive reviews) and for violating my personal identity by publishing reviews using my real name (First, Middle and Last).

I call corporate office and took 5 calls just to get someone to enter the right address. Ordered through amazon and never received product

I never received this order and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. I am a long time Amazon customer and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This outfit is a third-rate outfit with just lousy customer service. This is what happens to when you subcontract your customer service to India. They don't have a clue. Don't ever and I mean ever buy from these people. forget these people they are not very bright and they certainly could care less about the customer and making good on mistakes they made. I am contacting the BBB as well.
