First when I called her to tell her the shipment address just need to have a suite number added since the first person didn't do it correctly on August 17, 2015. Catherine E. asked me," well what do you want me to do about it?????????? " -Really your job! Then after I give her the suite number, she deletes the address and now just has a suite number but then I asked - "where is the address to shipped, it only shows zip code and suite number...She lied and was like it showing on her side, I told her it can't be because I’m looking on amazon's order page. I finally just asked her to put a manager on the phone she refuse for a few minutes and pretend to put a manager on the phone but it was obviously her. So I just hung up and called back again then this rude Catherine E. woman, CANCELS MY ORDER! For four hours I am transfer to different people and no one can replicate the order because it was a promotion. I call corporate office and took 5 calls just to get someone to enter the right address. Finally I realize it wasn't worth spending another minute ordering with amazon and I would never order again with them Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a terrible experience, I almost cried BECAUSE I WAS SO STRESS LOST HALF A WORK DAY.The worst ordering experience ever! Ordered through amazon and never received product

I never received this order and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. I am a long time Amazon customer and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This outfit is a third-rate outfit with just lousy customer service. This is what happens to when you subcontract your customer service to India. They don't have a clue. Don't ever and I mean ever buy from these people. forget these people they are not very bright and they certainly could care less about the customer and making good on mistakes they made. I am contacting the BBB as well.

Amazon's Deceptive and Unprofessional Customer Service Management

I have a parcel that was stolen in the mail. The item reached my country after more than a month. There was a lot of back-and-forth with he seller regarding the tracking as no-one could find it. A year later, after every effort to find this parcel, the postal system tells me its been stolen and to contact the seller to open an investigation. The seller doesn't respond. I contact Amazon. Their customer sales reps (4 of them independently of each other) have made promises for the last 2 months, leading me on in hope of great A-Z claims, investigations, reimbursements, replacements and refunds - "No worries, they'll get back to you via email within 24 hours. Rest assured that this time this will be taken care of", "our guarantee team will confirm it and help you with refund or replacement", they all apologised profusely could only imagine my frustration etc etc - only to follow up after weeks of not hearing anything from them to find a customer service manager, Amir A, telling me they only handle things within 60 days of purchase. After telling him the other reps promised to help despite the time lapsed, he promptly changed his tune to say 30 days. After telling him about how deceptive the last 4 interactions have been with his team if this is the case, he tried to get rid of me trying to follow up on those empty promises with a "gesture of goodwill of $10" on a claim worth over $300, followed by a cheeky "we truly value our customer"! Amazon's staff was misinformed. Amazon's staff made promises of refunds and replacements. Amazon's staff were apparently wrong. Amazon made this mistake. But the I am paying for Amazon's mistake. Yes, Customer-Centric, indeed. I would not recommend buying from Amazon. I will deter anyone who is thinking about it. Use alternative online stores because big companies need to know that sometimes accepting responsibility for their unethically misleading behaviour pays back far more than being a bully without integrity. They had the cheek to send me an email asking if he was useful as they're trying to build "Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company". A good start is providing a service where you do for your customer what you say you're going to do.

Amazon - Closing my account due to return merchandise

Hi, I have shopped with Amazon.com a lot. But this morning I suddenly received email from Amazon that they closed my account due to return merchandise, I have other Amazon accounts which all were closed. Its so ridiculous that they said because one of my account was closed, other accounts which were involving would be closed also. Im wondering if they took a look that I purchased a lot so I returned quite many, and when I requested a return, the system still allowed, how could I guess that it hits their policy ( honestly I have no idea what a limit of return merchandise ). Why didnt they state it at the first place or when I were processing the return than suddenly closed my account while I have one order is on the way and few returns are processing. Its like they took my money enough, now they trash me like they no longer need me as a customer so they dont care. I always raised Amazon as a nice place to shop although their merchandise often didnt come in very good condition, but I liked their flexible exchange/return policy so I thought I were in good hands and confidence to shop. But the things they did today against what they have claimed about a great place to shop. I shop around a lot, but only at Amazon, I was treated this wrong like Im guilty when returning merchandise. They should of improve their quality control center than blaming customer who return their smashed snack or broken bowls.

Thank you for editing your feedback on your Amazon marketplace order. Unfortunately, your edited feedback still does not comply with Amazon's feedback guidelines and has been suppressed. This feedback is no longer being included in the seller's rating and is not being shown to customers on Amazon website. Your feedback comment: Fast delivery with tracking. However book was listed as Very Good with some highlighting BUT over 50% of pages has major highlighting - not just a word or sentence here and there - NOT very good at all, Not just 'some' highlighting - LOTS. Very Good is for Minimal highlighting. I will NOT buy fm this seller again. Reason for removal: Feedback submitted was a product review and not related to seller. -- Highlighting inside a used book has nothing to do with the publisher nor the author. That is obvious. My review for the seller was not the only one deleted. Another stating problem with Condition of used book is also gone. I asked Amazon about this but received no response. Not allowed to speak directly to anyone in the department that deals with this. I have been an Amazon customer for 15 years. Condition of used books lately has become more often garage sale junk listed as Good. With worst sellers seem to have same or higher rating then actual good sellers who take care when listing the true condition of their books. Amazon has become a buyer Beware site in so many ways, slowly getting worse and worse.

Unethical,pathetic,cheating,uncivilized behaviour from Amazon India 1) First Ordered OPO using an amazon id, I had already purchased 2 phones on this id. The order got auto cancelled and after repeated struggles to speak to customer care, I was told that I have reached the purchase limit. So waste of an invite, if there is purchase limit, why would Amazon not place an check while placing an order. Why wait till the order is placed and then cancel it? Why the *** are you doing this? 2) Somehow got another invite and ordered OPO with new amazon id, again I get an email saying I have reached the purchase limit, how the *** am I supposed to reach the limit when I am placing first order through different amazon id. Again, invites wasted. When contacted dedicated team for OPO, one *** told me that he will try to give new invites and send me an email regarding that, the worst part here is , he never asked my order details or account or email details . Just an misdirection, I am boycotting OPO being sold on Amazon henceforth and let this message spread to the word. You have cheated so many people like this and I am going to post the recording of the conversation I had with the customer support executive. #BoycottAmazon Guys please support and share this post with hashtag #BoycottAmazon There are many such instances where Amazon had tried to cheat the people,for example , while ordering screenguard etc..This has to be highlighted and OPO should not be selled on Amazon. Amazon support is pathetic and they do some ugly programming that is always wrong. Prefer Flipkart over Amazon in these aspects. Please support again by sharing this post with the hashtag.
