Amazon - Locked account

My account was locked for Amazon.com and I tried it to contact customer services and they did nonthing about it. I had $30.00 in my account and Amazon took my money and they did not help me.

My account was recently locked by Amazon for no reason. Jeff Bezos is an idiot. My Amazon account is locked because I canceled to many times. I think Jeff Bezos needs to go from Amazon.

Amazon's one-two punch

So, I've been a customer of Amazon for quite some time. And last week my editing PC died, so I needed to quickly build a new one in order to handle multiple client projects. Likewise, I went over to Amazon and placed a fairly large order of various PC components. Figured that was it, since I've never had an issue with them before when it comes to a generally pleasant customer experience. The following day I wake up to find that my account had been locked due to suspected fraudulent purchases. This was fine, since I understood that these things happen and they are for the customer's own good. I was a tad bit annoyed that it took two days to resolve the issue but, oh well. Finally I received the email stating my account had been unlocked and I promptly re-ordered everything. The following day, big surprise, I get an Email that my account had been locked for suspected fraudulent purchases. Now this was too much.... Less than 12 hours after having my account unlocked, it happened again. And to make things worse it was for the exact same order that got it locked the first time that they had already spoken with me about and cleared things up! I attempted to call them and explain that I am now losing multiple clients because I can't get the work done in time. Tried to explain that this is the second time this has happened in a week. They were fairly uncaring and provided absolutely no help. I was pretty much told, there is nothing we can do and your just going to have to wait until our investigations department is done looking into it. When I asked to speak to somebody in the investigations department, I was told there was no way to contact them. Needless to say, I am angry. I'm close to just swearing off Amazon for good and sticking to individual sites for future purchases.

Amazon - Hacked

Someone hacked my husband's account back in April and still know refund as of may 27th this is sad smh playing on the phone with folks since the *** came he didn't even order still seating brand new in bow because he did not order them then say you can't track the order anymore because investagaters have it smdh

Hi I have been a customer of Amazon now for six years but after a friend used my computer to have me help him with his account they have removed my review privalages. Not a big deal normally but as I was reviewing products for a discount huge for me. They never respond to any messages so feel very annoyed. These reviews were in the guidelines unless there are secret ones I don't know about but how can you follow them if you don't know? Most items were not free but it ends my reviewing any more.

Addendum to my 1 st letter to Mr. Raghavender- I have researched the promotional balance- of $34.75 all over Amazon. I have discovered that there is no record of this amount-and this would account for the lack of Amazon being able to apply this -my balance due to me-to any product I purchase-regardless of whatever manner you stated- state-or will state in the future. I did discover I do have a promotional balance-see attached: As you can see I am owed $26.00 in the Amazon MP3 Category- $25.00 in the Amazon Video Category- $25.00 in the Kindle Editions Category. Total = $76.00. All this when I was never able to view any prime videos in 2015- never bought any music- nor bought any kindle books. I gather-this must be a ploy- as to entice me to spend additional monies -then and only then will I ever see the $76.00 refer below in black and white- only if I spend money to buy other Prime video/music/kindle products. Kind of a coercion process- I suspect. Again- the $35.75 owed- appears nowhere- so how can it be applied- since no one knows of it's existence besides you and I- and remember I have your e-mail that validates this amount. I did not pull it out of hat. I am forwarding this all for your review- and assessment. My impression is that there is something terribly wrong here- and should be addressed. Since you are the Assistant of Mr. Bezo- you probably are the person to do so. Unless you prefer I forward all the above - in the form of a Presidential Complaint- and notify others- which I rather not do-in lieu I am sure this is a computer glitch-and an obvious over site by your Organization. I have now spent an enormous amount of time- reading all your correspondence about policy of Amazon- the products that change- and that it would automatically be applied at the appropriate time. Well Sir- since no one knows of this besides you and I- I can't see it ever being applied to anything-and the fact that $76.00 is owed me in the Prime area- you may want to reconsider your 1 month extension of Prime services-not that I really need it-since if I buy something it shall always be over $35.00 and the shipping shall always be free. I suggest you review your position on this matter- and come up with something equitable-otherwise-I shall contact the FCC- and other Government Agencies-and consult an Attorney about this matter-and the manner your firm does business. Govern yourself accordingly

I was charged $108.41 by amazon for something called prime. Tell said I ordered it on May 23, but I know I didn't. I have never did a free trial on anything in my life, and I certainly didn't agree to pay for anything like this prime thing. Amazon said they would credit my account, but in the meantime my bank is charging me for being overdrawn. What remedy do i have for my loss of these banks fees while waiting on Amazon to credit my account? I feel amazon has intentionally took my money through deceptive business practices. Something should be done to stop amazon from doing this. Very concerned about this company. I believe I will complain to my congressman here in Tennessee, Cocker, I also believe there may be other things this company is doing wrong. A federal audit would help protect consumers.

Prime isn't something Amazon will slap on your account without your knowledge. Whether you meant to or not, you DID sign up for a free trial, if you got charged for the memership. Whether you did it by selecting 2 day free shipping, or by watching a Prime video, you indeed signed up for it, on your own.
