Seller didn't ship item according to chosen shipping terms, but instead used a cheaper shipper. This resulted in item being improperly processed at border and held as a result.

Contacted seller numerous times for none receipt but would not help.

Open claim with Amazon A-to-z Guarantee explaining the situation but was denied due to seller claiming the item was shipped and that I had to get it. Explained to Amazon that item was being held and that only the seller could fix it, but was told that the case was closed and would not be re opened.

Long story short, Amazon A-to-z Guarantee claim is a complete sham. And I for one will never shop there again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $194.
