I just order a tablet, 2 phones and a printer on Friday for my small business on my Amazon Business account which i paid for with my Business credit card. Sunday I go to login and account is froze for suspicious activity??
The notification says to unfreeze check email and it has instructions...So i read email which says Account frozen for suspicious activity see your account login for instructions!!?? F-it I call the support number which goes to a call center located in a Walmart bathroom in India i'm guessing by all the static and background noise on the other end and i'm told they'll put a word in and have it lifted and that i would get an email..well i get an email but all it says is order # blah blah shipped..so i try Amazon sign on...Nope still froze..so 3 orders placed.. 1 is a customers, 1 is for me, 1 is a birthday present.. which one was shipped and which should i reorder ??
because none were cheap and where's the money on the ones that didn't ship? Call again same spill, gonna email me - nope, Tuesday now, just called them and guy says he'll put a word in to unfreeze and ill get an EMAIL and it looks like 1 or 2 orders have shipped.
WTF shipped!!.. Reordered everything from Ebay this morning...Oh and i'm an Amazon Prime member so don't think that will help you any.
User's recommendation: Order close from places close enough to drive to. Treatment is different when they know you can show up in person.
Monetary Loss: $1600.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
