Amazon - Account Service Issue
I have been shopping with my account and buying things that myself and my family needs. But for me to wake up and get a message and see that you wiped out all that I bought and wrote my honest reviews on, is sad and painful.
It showed a great disrespect on your customers.
For me all the things I bought from Amazon were needs.
You accused me of what I do not know.
I called and have written a n email to this and did not get any reply.
I will await your response and you restoring all my honest reviews, and opening of my account to write my reviews on the products I purchase from Amazon.
You cannot deny me right to say/write if the products I buy from you are bad or good.
User's recommendation: Freedom to write a review good or bad.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
