As a customer I am really pissed right now somebody stole my identity is stolen everything in my phone so I had to set my phone back to factory reset so therefore when the customer service representative asks me questions to to retrieve my account Im an able to answer those questions because my phone got stripped in back to factory reset so theres no way of me even giving you the answers so I just really really pissed right now that I cannot get you guys to be able to get in my account just so I can change my phone number so I can access my account. Also I use Amazon fresh so thats my source of food and without the access of my account IAM limited in my food sources that I have so hopefully you answer my frustration and hopefully something gets done.
