New ReviewerHello, my account has been on hold for almost a month now. I was told the reason for the this was that they could not verify the ownership of my master card, so I provided a clear billing statement from my bank which assured me that such statement would undoubtedly prove the ownership of my card.
However, now when ever I try to access my account I am told the documents I provided was not sufficient for some reason. I have not been contacted by the specialist after that, no one has explained to me what else am I supposed to do, I don't see what more proof I could possibly provide. I Called customer service a number of times and all they did was ask for the same information every time saying that was the only thing they could.
I have used the card on many occasions on audible and never had a problem, now I can't even access my already bought audiobooks. bought products.
Preferred solution: I want the hold to be removed .
