Ongoing false charges for tv shows

Has Marketplace tv covered this issue I have been robbed of hundreds of dollars, as a pensioner this has hurt me. Whilst trying to handle this I have had so much stress it's making me sick.

I only just found that not only have Amazon been charging me $40+ per month on one card for more than a year and more recently between $10 - $20 per month since April 2023 for something neither I or my 87 year old husband even know what they are but Amazon has been double dipping by using my preferred payment card and an old card I don't use. If I don't get every cent returned I will definitely join a class action lawsuit.

The sad part is that I have promoted Amazon for the purchasing of items and never had a problem with them. Since I discovered this problem with Amazon prime I have talked to many senior friends who have had the same issue one of whom had to cancel her CC to stop it.

Charged for Amazon primealways charging me for Prime

They charged for Prime last month. I called refunded money just to charge me again 15 min later. Straighten it out just this tuesday same issue. As of now refunded money.watch what they charge and watch bank account.

I ordered an eyepatch that was may be $79 dollars. I said it was going to be here on 28 September. I ordered it in a few days later it changed to between 14 October in 1 November. I dont need this item anymore and I would like to get my money back. Furthermore, when I requested to talk to your third-party company that you were delivering for they gave me a phone number that didnt work or connect to anything at all..

Looking for my package
