Wrong item was sent

I have not heard from the merchant or Amazon how to return the item I was told I will receive an answer within 24- 48 hours. Almost a week passed but no one emailed me. I like to know how to return the item.

Did not receive my item

Very disappointing. It says that I got the package in my mailbox, and I Dont even have a mailbox and for sure a shoebox would not fit in a mailbox. Bottom line is that my package has an arrived.

Store in bethesda md

i was shopping at the mall in marylanf and walked into your amazon store and was looking around the woman behind the registor jumped me and my partner for not wearing a mask she said if we plan on shopping we have to wear a mask no signes are posted at the store and we are fully vacanited so why do we have to wear a mask to shop then? we left cause no other places requested masks so i figured u did not need my business

Used business Credit Card by accident

Wanted to transfer balance put on my company credit card used to buy a futon for my daughter in college who already received the product. Amazon wanted me to ship the futon back to them first, then they would transfer the balance from company credit card to my personal credit card. Snotty service representative.

No response on problem from seller

I ordered 9ft x 12 inch Christmas garland. Received wrong size. Seller ask me to send sku number. I made a picture of boxes and have received no reply. This was sent to her on Saturday. I was charged for this merchandise. I am not pleased with this merchandise. I have an appt with person to decorate my home and now I have the wrong merchandise. I will be glad to sent merchandise back if I had shipping label and I would like a refund of my money. Too expensive to get wrong merchandise. Not pleased at all. Please reply

My package never arrived

My package was supposed to arrived yesterday. The app only says that is running late since yesterday I tried to communicate with costumer service and is too difficult they never respond, they dont try to reach me out so whats next am I going to get my package or my money just disappeared?
