I want to change my payment method with new billing information

I want to give a new method of payment. But I am not having an easy time of accomplishing that because I can't get to the page where I can give a new debit card number for automatic monthly payments

Customer service suck how my account has two names on it

I have been ordering from Amazon for the past few months only to find out that my account is *** now I can get into it with no help from customer service can help me

Driver

Driver was very nasty, he could approach the matter like an adult, instead he wanted to be rude. So that what got in return location corner of nesting court and nighthawk Dr around 2 pm today. Then he proceeded to still make the issue worse by saying go ahead and call and laughed about it. Thinking there is nothing won't happen to him! This needs to be addressed

Dissatisfied with delivery of item - pieces missing

Product was delivered in ruined box with tag on it which says damaged by mechanical equipment at the us postal service. 5 pieces missing out of box

Return and refund AMAZON SCREWS YOU, DOESNT TELL YOU THAT PRODUCT NOT REFUNDABLE TILL AFTER YOU BUY, BIG SCAM

Amazon arranged UPS to pick the Amazon for my refund. UPS did so on 9/7/21 that morning. I have no confirmation of the UPS action and return delivery back to Amazon on 9/7/21. There was

Why do they keep sending me the wrong stuff?

I wanted an Integrated Chinese WORKBOOK, but they keep sending me the CHARACTER WORKBOOK. It shows that the WORKBOOK was shipped even though I wanted the CHARACTER WORKBOOK returned.

This is my third time to call the service. The day before yesterday, I purchased a computer, and then my account was on hold.The second time I called the service, she told me that she will send me a message to verify, but I havent received it yet.
