I returned item to ups but don't see it on my Amazon account

I received the package damaged inside and outside, l reported , so Amazon put the replacement order and requested the item to be returned via UPS. I returned it to UPS STORE #3375 with tracking # 1Z6V519Y905250**** I have not seen it on my Amazon account as returned. Please advise

Makeup mirror will not charge no matter changing plug in sites

The makeup mirror will not recharge I used different sites to plug it up the red light stays on and the mirror will not light up

Because I didn't get all my items

Amazon - Because I didn't get all my items
I made an order and I cancel it because I put the wrong address so I made the same order again and I didnt recibe anything because the companies confuse with the old order but I had to pay everything as if I got the things.

Package delivered to wrong address!

I never received my order #114745*-***1446. A 4ft white Christmas tree! I cant call anyone! No one has contacted me, no email to write to! I am a very upset customer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I dont want to ever order from Amazon again! Their customer service is broken!!!

Order very late

I ordered an item to be delivered at. 8 am and pis extra for that service. As of 12:30 t still had not been delivered so I canceled it.

Order inquiry

Had placed an order and wanted to change the shipping address. So complicated without having to cancelling the whole order. However, the representative was helpful and understanding. Another, why is it so complicated to attain customer service number? Its just ridiculous.

User's recommendation: Have patience, have to go through this automation system to get to a live person.

Unresponsive seller

I requested a shipping label from the company and they said they would still need pictures of the damaged property after explaining I dont know how to do that and dont have any other means of getting it done. I clearly explained what transpired with the property and once again asked for a shipping label only to be denied. They are still asking for pictures.

Complaint

I had a few orders in which I had picked the wrong shipping adress. The next morning upon noticing I canceled the order. Waiting all week end for the cancelation. Four times I canceled. Called customer service and got hung up in twice, I was spoken to very rude by the supervisor and lied to, and hung up on again. For the third time. Can some one please reach me at 915 305****. I spend way to much money with Amazon to be treated this way.
