Full of crap liar's for a month they have told me that they would fix my account said they would send me my stuff that I didn't not get when n my account got hacked and stuff was sent all over the place that I ordered except to me said they were going to deliver my play station five and did not also I bought a Amazon gift card and they only sent half of my order and put the rest of it on hold I'll never send them another dime if they don't come correct

Need info on two orders in the last 6 weeks

I ordered and received one Stokes marmalade. Now another, which I didnt order has been shipped. I will need to return it for a full refund. In May I ordered a book for my Kindle, The Hunt for Red October. I had read 3/4 of the book when it disappeared. I was on the phone with Kindle yesterday, but got no help to find it in my library. A second kindle copy was ordered for another $9.99. Then I got a message that the BOOK would arrive today! Help needed to find the order for the first kindle!

Damaged parts

Done a lot of purchasing with Amazon over the years never thought they would fail me but they did. I purchased a waterfall shower head system with jets.

Unfortunately you don't know if it works until you put all the piping together and turn on the hot and the cold well this didn't work properly at all. Would not send me a new unit and pretty much told me too bad my number is 561-929-**** now it's costing me time and a lot more money where they could have just sent me a new one replacement and with a return sticker I could have sent it back with no problem like I've done in the past like other companies do don't buy Amazon

Wrong products

First I find it inappropriate to be referred to as a pissed customer. It is offensive and rude.

You made a mistake, and you should be responsible for its resolution.

Telling me I have to take some product somewhere to fix your issue is obsurd.

Further I have to agree to terms of being a pissed customer to even post my comment.

This is not good business practice.

Even though I have had very little issue with Amazon, I hope this rude title doesn't continue. Even if I am "pissed" it doesn't mean that should be the description that is used when dealing with the issue at hand.

Some serious policy changes to be done and asap.

I was just looking up a direct number to customer service. They make it difficult to find it on their website. They rectified the issue, and their customer service agent was very helpful. They even gave me a refund I was not asking for. All in all, it was a good experience, and they fixed the extra charge and refunded me the money right away.

I went to go order something on amazon and i accidentally clicked place order and there was a different payment method already connected to the account and i meant to add a 50 dollar gift card instead. But after that accident it locked my account.
