Issues with fire

Terrible terrible service. I have a new fire (and an old one) and after about a year of no problems with email fire stopped letting me into my email. Several different messages told me to check with my provider. I always was able to get my email on my laptop but i did as asked an contacted my provider. It was not my provider!! Long story short, I was charged $1 just to connect with an an expert, then I was going to be charged $39 for the expert to correct my problem. The new fire is going back. Rita howard

Item long overdue

No resolution to date awaiting when my Wilderness Kayak will be available for delivery and think logistics support is inconsistent to good retail practice when you offer a product with no idea when it might be delivered. Still pissed your words mine are more refined, damn unhappy with the four useless items already delivered!

User's recommendation: get a date certain not 3-6 wks i ordered on March 13 now over 8 wks going on ten!

Password not accepted by Amazon

I talked to an excellent, well meaning individual in Costa Rica who worked very hard to understand and resolve my problem. He could not. Part of the problem was the language barrier and most of the problem was actually the system that Amazon uses to communicate with customers.

User's recommendation: I recommend Amazon change their system of communications.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They read my email about being scammed and someone pretending to be their technician, who then charged some items on our account for himself. They took all charges off of our account..

I just want Amazon to know that someone was able to do this so easily. They had my credit card number and charged two gift cards on our card. My husband hung up on the guy twice. We called our credit card company immediately and reported it. He tried to get my husband...

Yeah, you're an idiot...They have your info because YOU or YOUR FOOL husband gave it to them. These tech support scams are geared to hook in idiots like you.

The fact that you talked to them at all shows how stupid you are. Let me guess, you responded to a phone call, played into their hands, giving them access to your devices, they then went into your account and had fun.

Go to YouTube and search for tech support scams. You are a fool, please do not have children.

Waiting for a refund for returned item

I returned a faulty item and still have not received my refund. Why ? I was told that you had received the returned item and that I would receive my money back within a week yet I have not?

I received a call today from Amazon saying that they could not refund me due to privacy laws ??? The only way to refund me the 75dollars owed was by having access to my computer?

As if anyone allows someone unknown to have access to their computer. So,according to Amazon they now have the returned item AND my money!

and are not refunding my money to me. The word for this is theft.

Fraudulent transactions

Despite several attempts to get assistance from Amazon, I have been unable to get assistance in closing the fraudulent account which is still being used. I have had to resort to hiring an attorney and filing complaints with State and Federal Agencies. All I have received is threatening phone calls from Amazon employees who speak little English. Latest charge was $699.00

Wrong order by Alexa

yes i am very pissed. after one hour being on hold and talking to two different agent i explained that the CHRISTMAN TREE order was done mistakenly by Alexa while my 2and 1/2 old was niece was asking Alexa to play Christmas tree song. the second agent cancelled my order and assure me that it is cancelled. T!wo days later they dropped a huge box in my door front which was Christmas tree! they charged my $320 for this and I had to ask my brother to come over to help me putting it into my car and take it to UPS for return. it was so inconvenient to my schedule and nothing but headache and stress. w

Requesting a past order number for a replacement part

Hello- I ordered a Tacklife fire table at the beginning of this year. I had a Prime Amazon account the disappeared from my work e-mail due to have so many zoom calls at my office. I was able to get another account. In the mean time, the gas hose melted in the fire table and I am not having luck ordering another one (not the correct fitting) I then contacted Tacklife directly and they are requesting the Amazon order number.
