Since long i am contacting seller customer care but i am not getting any solution from him. i have purchase nilkamal storage cabinat from amazon. I found damaged product . i want to replace the same to Amazon. order id of the product is 404-9429632-3001150. seller is asking me to courier the product. it is very heavy. already my rupees are stucked with amazon. and they are asking me to stuck further more rupees by sending the goods through courier.i m leaving this site.i m going to use that broken product at last I want to say only one thing that i hate amazon it was really a very bad experience for me

Amazon Seller Account: I SENT WITH TRACKING NUMBER-PROOF OF DELIVERY AND REFUND TO CUSTOMER

I sold an item for the value of $185. I sent it with tracking number it shows on USPS "IT WAS DELIVERED AT FRONT DESK/RECEPTION" The buyer asked a full refund saying that she never received, I showed to amazon proof of delivery and they refund the full amount to the buyer. I opened a complaint with the BBB, and Amazon replied that there is not signature confirmation and they won't refund the money to me. I sent to BBB the following information: *Tracking #, *Endicia screen shot showing address on shipping label of customer. *Amazon policies - there is not a mention of signature confirmation they only request "valid tracking". Finally after 3 weeks of opening the case with BBB they always answered the same copy and paste answer, I escalated the case with BBB and guess what? They closed the case in favor of Amazon "Supporting the Thief". There is a clear evidence that BBB does not care about Business ethics anymore. PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY IT IS NOT A FAIR AND MORAL WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS IT IS A SHAME THAT A BIG COMPANY LIKE AMAZON PLAY THIS WAY!!!

Amazon - Solution to your complaints

If you can wait two days, go online and order from Amazon. Lower prices, easy returns, and customer reviews. We don't need to put up with poor service from the box stores. Amazon is taking business away from these giants. Buy locally? I will, when they treat me properly. Otherwise, I can order from Amazon, from my home, and wait two days. Join Amazon Prime. Lots of benefits. Free movies, free shipping, and they send you a return label for free shipping back to them. You save gas, time, and frustration. I am tire of looking for help at the box stores. The employees must have a game of who can avoid customers the best.

Amazon in Amazon, Montana Province - Great Job.

I have had several experiences with Amazon, all positive. Customer service has always been polite and helpful. My issues were all resolved. In one case a collector plate I ordered arrived broken. Amazon contacted the seller, and arranged a refund. I also received 2 e-mails to confirm that the seller had been contacted and that the refund had been posted in my account. I buy a lot of things on Amazon and I have always been pleased with their service and mostly the quality of their products. One time I bought a bathroom shelf which was of poor quality,. I got a refund with no problem. Amazon is a great company as far as I am concerned and I shall continue to shop there.
