This is very disappointing from the Eufy vacuum. I unboxed it to find a dusty vacuum dock and the filter bag full of dust.
This is disgusting! How could this even happen in real life? We expected to get a full refund. We don't even want to get a brand-new resend and free return label for this piece of garbage.
This happened two times in a row with vacuum orders from Amazon.
The first one was the Roborock S8 Ultra, which left dirty water and wouldn't go into the tank, leaving the dock dirty and soaked. We didn't get a full refund and paid $233.37 out of my pocket to ship it back and didn't get reimbursed as they promised after they received the returned item.

Nothing has happened; the company has not returned our calls. This is the first time it happened.
They said, 'If you didn't witness it, we didn't do it.' The second time, when I witnessed it and took pictures and called, nobody called back.
This is the third time, and they really did a doozy this time. Nobody even professed to doing it, but Amazon was the only one that delivered two packages yesterday to our house.

You all have been delivering my items to various addresses. I've given instructions for items to be dropped off at a white trailer with a red shed in front of it.
The physical five-digit number on the trailer is 76913. Please, I've put these notes on file but they continue to do it.

I pay for Prime every month. In addition, I paid $24 for a custom sign that says, 'Amazon deliveries do not go here!' I've put it in my notes that my apartment is on the third floor and that's where I want my packages delivered.
Our access doors do not lock, and anyone has access; pizza delivery, Chinese food, other renters' guests, and my packages have been stolen more than once! In addition, some are heavy and I can't carry them to the third floor. I've been assured that my packages should be delivered to my apartment as per my detailed instructions, but nine out of ten times they are NOT! Drivers ignorantly put them right in front of the sign.
I am fed up as I have called about this issue over 20 times within this year!

I purchased a Amazon redeem gift card from the Dollar general store and loaded also $90.00 on it and when I got ready to use it on the Amazon store account online to make a purchase it says 0 dollars balance and I hadn't used it to do anything purchased. So how would it be possible when the card hadn't been used.

I have tried reaching out to customer service. What is going on?
