Childs Christmas gift available for half the price about a month later on the website . Lots of trouble( sending , repacking,etc. in order to obtain refund ). No price adjustments allowed . Terrible policy . As usual, with large companies, once customer is hooked.goodbye! Being a frequent customer counts for NOTHING. Loyalty is not a quality AMAZON CARES ABOUT! P.S. Your email title shows no class, either.

Not satisfied with seller's return label that is being promised
The seller was able to refund my money but a little rude when I wasn't able to cancel the review it right away. I promised that I will as soon as I received my refund. Unfortunately I don't check my credit card the same day. The seller also promised to keep the item. Now I saw that he is requesting it to return. I don't mind returning it but I was promised that the seller will send me a return mailing label. This product is too expensive anyway for the price.

Yeah I bought an iPhone refurbished on Amazon via Amazon at verizon.com I called Amazon to return the phone cuz it gets hot I wanted to return it but they said they don't have any record of it because it wasn't a straight up Amazon action so that I needed a some kind of code or number that goes with it made it to send me anything of that nature all they sent me was a piece of paper saying it was a refurbished part from Amazon / Verizon and they don't seem to be willing to do anything about it I've already got a new phone and moved on but this phone cost me like 120 bucks I'm on disability I only get so much a month and I think it's a bunch of crap
User's recommendation: Don't buy something used like a phone maybe something else might work but this this situation didn't work for me.

Amazon changes the payment amount during the payment then stops the payment because the amount is higher and wont go through then wont take the money when it is on the account and stops the whole order from being able to do something about it then on the phone takes...

I have a charge on my bank statement that isn't on my Amazon history. It's for $127.33.
I had a charge that apparently was made by someone else. Now I'm supposed to call the bank to tell them I am disputing that charge.
