Broken jar

Amazon - Broken jar
I had received an order yesterday, a jar of Marmite was broken and the contents spilled out. I want to replace this jar but it looks like the seller doesn't accepts return. Again, I don't want to return I want to replace the broken jar!!! I have a picture of the jar but for some reason I can't paste it here.

Return label provided by Amazon did not work at the Amazon Store or UPS Store

I'm troubled by the fact that the email claimed I was a "pissed off" customer. I wasn't angry, but I was frustrated that I couldn't return the shipment, and the customer service agent on the phone wasn't much help. He did one thing to remedy the problem: he refunded my money for the bed, which I haven't seen yet in my account. Eric

Delivery boy not delivered at the time and so MIS behavior and when I am saying to his report then ask me never mind no one don't know how is my behavior and say that I cancelled your order and next time repeat then customer service care I call your customer care says that you wait for 24 hours. I uploaded my YouTube channel that the all situations my 20 m follower seen that how is the Amazon quality

I can't use the card they bought for me at Hannaford 2636 route 32 New Windsor NY 12553

the reason is that the card is not activated and they can't get thet done at Hhannaford where he bought the card i need help on what to do from Customer care

Item not returned as on given date

I ordered a salwar suit on Amazon but I faced fitting issue so I wanted to return it.....and I choose return the pickup option &;;;;;;;;;;;;; they fixed the date of pickup on 3 rd Oct 2021....but due to network problem delivery pickup agent couldn't contact me & till yet it's not picked up......I want as soon as possible pickup my item & refund my amount of this order

Y'all sent me wet grass seed and want able to use to clumpy to run through the seedar so ended up just throwing away. I wasn't going to pour all the clumpy seed back into the bag and send it back not happy at all. The box it was shipped in was dry. But in the sealed grassy bag was very wet.
