Call me I do not understand the instructions on how to set the day of the month not the date but the day of the month and I also don't know how to set the temperature other than that it's not so bad but I'm just extremely frustrated.

Amazon - Failure to deliver package and Lying about it by a flex driver
Flex driver refused to come into the community to deliver to my address. He wanted to drop the package at the Guard house. Our HOA has instructed the guards to no longer accept packages at the gate that they need to be delivered to the actual residence. Your driver refused, yet reported that the packages were delivered and sign for by me. This is a total fabrication.

Never received my package

Th ey took the picture and it's not the wall of my apartment so I just want to see if you can refund my orders and that will be more generous of all of this what your people who delivered needs to check the address because it two-way and different address be more careful with the dropping off and plus I order from a lot.

Amazon sent me half the product then wanted to charge me a dollar to send it back then they sent me another one and its missing the same freaking part. Its impossible to talk to somebody they got all these layers so they dont have to deal with their issues of incompetence.

Vacuum does not work after using seven times, will not charge!!!

Need to have Amazon contact seller spoke for two hours today was given phone number that does not work purchase a Vic vac portable vacuum for over $53 on October 2023. Does not charge only used it six times need to ask seller if they can help give me info.

Product is no longer available online. They passed me on phone to different people for over two hours. Finally, told me to call 206-266-**** and they would contact seller because buyer is not allowed to!

I jokingly said I hope phone number works and he said I know it does it doesnt and tell me to contact Amazon.com!! A complete circle of nonsense if needed I can look up order, I gave it to Amazon 4 times today!!

I was billed for PRIME after cancelling it. I was, naturally, irritated. I looked up their phone number told it to call the number and get what you would expect when trying to connect to Live Chat. If I wanted Live Chat, I would have selected that from the "Contact Us" menu. I am so over these entities (streaming services, autopay, etc) doing what they want when they want and disregarding the consumer. D

User's recommendation: Don't plan on having an easy time cancelling a Prime Membership. I recommend doing it no less than 2 weeks before you billing cycle hits.
