Charge my card for a prime account I did not order

So I ordered something from Amazon 6 months ago and found out they were charging my card every month for a Amazon prime account I did not order. when I tried to call customer service they were rude and they hung up on me three times. So I finally found a us number and finally got it cancelled! the best thing to do is never order from Amazon they'll put your debit or your credit card in for a prime account that you didn't order then they'll be rude to you I think they should just close down the whole site

Time to refund expensive items is ludicrous.

8/30/19, 11:00 AM - Ordered product totaling $1,078 with tax 8/30/19, 2:45 PM - Submitted a cancellation request 8/31/19 - Received an email from Amazon that the order could not be cancelled as the product was already in their shipping queue (not shipped). 9/6/19 - Product delivered 9/7/19 - Product dropped off at UPS to be shipped back to Amazon 9/12/19 - Product Received at Amazon Warehouse 9/20/19 - Amazon refund department told me that it takes up to 14 days to inspect a high value return and 3-5 days to process the refund. How Amazon ship an item in "4 hours" yet take 14 days to inspect a high value returned product? How can Amazon process a payment in seconds, yet take 3-5 days to process a refund? By the time this is all said and done, Amazon will have $1,078 of my money for over a month.

Worst - Customer Service and Logistics Service

Lannie Arrington 10:59 AM (12 minutes ago) to amazon-delivery+A2SDOH8PILFGUE As I stated in my complaints, Logistics provided 2 different answer to why the item dates continued to change. You have damaged a relationship with Amazon with unnecessary lies that could have remedied by just telling the customer the truth. Therefore, I am closing my Amazon Store Card and once the Prime Membership come up for renewal will no longer use Amazon for anything. Your customer service is a NIGHTMARE..IDREAD TALKING TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHETHER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LOGISTICS! There are quite a few qualified people Amazon could hire those position! 1. Due to the flooding in my area, they were not able to deliver my item on 09/16/19 and 09/20/19. That is ridiculous because it wasn't flooded in my area on 09/16/19....Lie...The delivery for 09/20 19, I was told the facility building collapsed...utter nonsense!

Bad fire stick

Every single day at least once and sometimes twice , I have to unplug my fire stick. Because it starts having everything go at Double speed ...the actors talk in gibberish, everything is going too fast... you have to get up unplug it, bring it all back up again for it to go back to normal mode ...this is exasperating!!

i received 2 packages from amazon today.the driver just put the packages through the fence without trying to see if the gate was open [which it was]. all anyone had to do is reach through the fence and walk away with the packages. luckily,i spotted the packages and brought them in. I sa the driver down the block and started following his deliveries. NOT ONCE DID HE TRY TO OPEN A GATE OR WALK UP THE STAIRS. I FOLLOWED HIM FOR TWO BLOCKS AND ALL HE DID WAS TOSS THE PACKAGES.I TRIED SEVERAL GATES THAT HE DELIVERED TO AND ALL WERE UNLOCKED.THIS DRIVER IS A PORCH PIRATES IDEAL DELIVERY MAN! Misleading and bad customer service

I was transferred to several agents where none were being honest and lied about their actions to resolve matter. Package was never delivered and Amazon did nothing to help, but issue a $5 credit which did not help as I lost more than that. Disappointed in such a big company providing service like I did for over 30 minutes.

I was a long time Amazon Prime customer and my password stopped working. I attempted to create a new password without success (Amazon was suppose to send me a confirmation which never arrived) so I placed a call. I spoke with someone with a rudimentary knowledge of English who I couldn't understand and had to be transferred to another representative who could actually speak English. This rep was rude and condescending. He had my name, my address, my phone number, my email address and my credit card number but did his best to make my experience as difficult as possible. I told him to just cancel my account. I will subscribe to Netflix and stop shopping on Amazon. I don't need them.

Being screwed again after their delivery driver hit daughters car

Delivery driver not driving with drivers license. This happened in July and it’s now Sept!

Delivery driver was delivering package to my daughter’s neighbor and the lady did not put the van in park. The van rolled back and hit my daughters car. They were at fault and not paying to have the car fixed. I’m about ready to take them to court.

Amazon regularly removes any negative reviews....

I have been an Amazon customer for 15 years, with Prime for at least 7-8 yrs. Until about 2 years ago, I felt the reviews were mostly accurate and could be trusted. However, lately I have noticed fewer negative reviews for both third party sellers (seller feedback) and for actual items sold. I have also seen negative reviews magically disappear from one day to the next, just like my recent negative review of a European reseller I was warning other potential buyers that it would take 2 months or more to receive the items (they WERE in stock, btw, and other European shippers have had similar items delivered within 1-2 weeks!) AND that the company would NOT provide any valid tracking info (um, hello...I might be on vacay when they arrive in 2-8 months...would not be good for these fragile items to sit on my porch while I'm gone. Seller wrote an abusive response to my feedback, then voila...my review got removed along with 2 other peoples' who had similar problems. Do NOT trust reviews...they are all skewed toward the sellers. If the seller is Amazon and you have any complaints....you will never get those posted (even if the review is about an item, not Amazon). I think I will be unloading my stock soon as well...they have gotten far too huge and greedy and bad customer service will make folks shop elsewhere! I know I will!

Amazon has become a dumping ground for cheap (probably dangerous) Chinese merchandise (if you can call it that). When you do a search minus a specific brand name you get inundated with page after page of Chinese crap.

Moreover, as OP mentioned, negative reviews of third party sellers get removed in a matter of days by Amazon which makes me entirely re-think how I do purchases on Amazon henceforth. Also, third party sellers have become totally unreliable with packages oftentimes not making it to the destination.

Although I've been a customer for over 20 years, I will control myself to bare necessities from now and probably primarily books as it was the case 20 years ago. Amazon, you can go *** yourself!

Purchasing something from your letgo app and got scammed

Contacted a person on the app to purchase something told me to send him an Amazon gift card by taking pictures and sending him receipts over $350 kept calling and contacting him where all my products never got the product that I paid for I am curious why you let people like this on your page I can’t understand how are you can screw customers like this I call Amazon to try to get my money back but they already said that the cards were canceled I put in a claim report they say it was illegal for what you were buying but if they’re on their selling that product and you guys aren’t exactly checking on what’s going on your app it’s negligence on your part I tried to contacting lawyers to get my money back but they said that you were doing illegal activity and there’s nothing that they can do but yet again you’re allowing people illegal stuff on your website now I am out $350 and nobody can help me and the person is still on your website selling the stuff obviously you guys don’t have nobody checking the website on what’s going on I have all the necessary paperwork and everything in my possession I’ve been trying to contact you calling the numbers that you have and all I get is go to legal go.com and all they say is that merchandise that you were purchasing was illegal but then again the website that you have I guess you allowing people to sell stuff that illegal to sell I would appreciate it if somebody from corporate headquarters can call me and get this resolved I don’t think it’s fair that you put stuff up like this or let people put stuff up like this and then get burned at the end of the day like I said before I have all the necessary paperwork his phone number all the receipts that I sent of the Amazon cards I am hoping you could either do something for me or penalize him so we can’t put nothing on and hurt nobody else I call the police department and they said there is nothing that they can do because it’s illegal but yet again You are allowing people to sell illegal things on your website I appreciate the phone call as soon as possible when you get this message telephone number is 516-304-**** I am very unhappy with the way you’re running your website I would appreciate a phone call as soon as possible thank you very much these are what the pictures look like and I sent you his telephone number you have enough information to contact him he has a letgo account and an Amazon account I would like to try to get my $350 back because it’s not nice to screw the people that are trying to buy stuff from your website hope you can understand

Rude message for one missed payment

I have been an Amazon customer and credit card holder for years. I just missed one monthly payment, and when I logged into my online credit card site, I got a rude message in big Red letters: "We have decided that you are delinquent on your account" Delinquent? Missing one payment should not make me a criminal. The balance on the account is under $400. I will soon close this account and probably not buy from Amazon anymore. Our sidewalk is only a few steps away to a covered, somewhat secure porch area with protection from the weather and porch pirates. But, whoever you contracted to deliver this package was just too lazy to take those few extra steps. This package sat here in the middle of our driveway for four hours before we arrived home. We are fortunate it was not stolen. This delivery person needs to be FIRED!!! It looks like it was up against the garage, but it was about 6 feet away from the garage structure. No other delivery drive has EVER done this!

Days gone ps4

long story short amazon ripped me off sold me days gone ps4 game that doesn't work when playing the game it freezes up and no sound they sent me out another game same thing so now I have 2 defected games I cant play when I called about asking to send me out a brand new game they got rude and nasty customer service was loud people screaming in the background said we refuse to help u anymore wow is that how u treat your customers so I filed a complaint with the BBB !!!!!
