Amazon could not offer a refund of the restocking fee, but they refunded my entire Prime payment for the year, but left Prime active. This was a very good solution and I am very pleased.

Give me a code or a refund

I bought a book on amazon and it did not come with the MyMathLabs access code. All I want is the code like it said it came with in the product description. Emerengcy part not delivered in 2 days

I ordered a gas control valve for my hot water tank paid for 2 day delivery it gave me a delivery day of 4 days straight from the time i ordered then amazon billed my old card (over a year old ) and cancelled my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered i had to reorder part and again they billed me 2 day shipping and it was due to arrive after i left on vacation So i had to board my animal and cancel my house sitter which cost me almost 1000.00 Thanks for giving my 2 day shipping money back almost 13.00

Amazon's vaunted "guaranteed delivery" is nothing but a nice slogan and marketing phrase. It usually works, but when it doesn't, for example for Prime members, their response is "oh, well it happens." In your case I wonder why, if the part was so important to have ASAP you didn't just buy it locally from a plumbing & heating company, etc. instead of relying on Amazon?

The part lo ally would have cost me almost double. And for the saving I waited what should have been plenty of time to install and get on my vacation .

But the part didn't arrive o. Time as promised and I was left to last minute changes .

I got a phone message from Amazon telling me, I have a thousand dollar fraudulant charges to my credit card and to call an 800 number. Thinking it might be a scam, I think I will just notify my bank and destroy my card and get a new one.The message said, the charge was on my credit card, but they have a hold on it, so I need to call them. I think not.

Poor Customer Service

Walked up to my door to find packages I didn't order. Called telling them that some packages were misdelivered and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Can't send a driver to pick it up because they don't have contact with the drivers. I was shocked that they wouldn't do anything about the two large packages they left at my door and expected me to take care of it. Danny M. was very rude and unhelpful.

Amazon using Telecheck

Amazon using Telecheck to decline all my orders this never happned before until July 2019 and now i cant order and they never explain why even when i had i bank acc since 1998 with no trouble until now...what happening with amazon...you cant trust them anymore...

One time pass codes are not working

Amazon - One time pass codes are not working
I have been an Amazon customer and seller for many years. This week I was locked out of both my buyer and seller accounts because of one time pass codes. The codes either never arrive or when they do arrive they are expired or invalid. This is happened multiple days, on multiple devices, on multiple browsers, on multiple accounts, and on multiple networks. Amazon has admitted that I am not the only one having these problems but seem to have no ability to fix it. I have no difficulty receiving one time codes from any other company, just Amazon. If they don’t work and they know they don’t work then they need to come up with something else that does.

Horrible!!!

It’s so horrible that I am thinking about quitting Amazon altogether and pulling my stocks they need to get their video & products search under control!!! The same horrible crap comes up over and over again!!!

Package Deliveries

I have been a customer of Amazon Prime for the last few years. Now they have raised their price and claim to do next day delivery. However, my last three purchase have been delayed more than two days. What’s the point of raising prices if they are not going to deliver in the time frame that they claim?

Amazon's "guaranteed delivery" is not to be taken literally as they must rely on the various delivery companies to actually deliver the package timely. When they use the USPS you can never be sure it will come as stated or even if they use UPS or FedEx these companies may deliver to the local post office and then rely on the post office to make the final delivery.

If you are lucky and UPS or FedEx will themselves deliver to your door it will almost always be within the guaranteed delivery date.

Whenever you get the USPS involve, things tend to go awry due to the unreliability of the post office. When your package is not delivered by the guaranteed date, Amazon does nothing for you, of course as this "guaranteed delivery" slogan is but a scam---a marketing slogan at best.

the post office has established routes and will find u.

ur package is late before usps gets it. all amazon all the time.

Crazy pricing variation, terrible customer service

Two nights ago at around 12:30 a.m. I impulsively added a Kindle Paperwhite to my cart. I decided to wait until morning to reconsider. Yesterday morning (around 8:45 a.m.) I saw this in my cart: 2 items in your Saved Items have changed price. All-new Kindle Paperwhite Water-Safe Fabric Cover (10th Generation-2018), Marine Blue has increased from $24.99 to $29.99 Kindle Paperwhite – Now Waterproof with 2x the Storage has increased from $109.99 to $149.99" From $109.00 to $144.99 in 7 hours!!???? What kind of games are those? Chat customer service defended this to the nth degree than asked me "What do you want here?" I said I'd buy it for the original price and then she said I should "wait for the price to go down again." I've had real retailers agree to match prices - their own and competitors'. I didn't like this treatment

Everything I don't want

I've been on Prime for several years and was pretty happy with it. In the last couple of years, Jeff Bezos seems to feel " I'm too important to worry about your problems ". I go to look, Prime, I put in qualifiers for search, they get ignored. They take me to items with no relationship to the product I'm looking for. Sometimes, they give me 70 pages of garbage to wade through. Huh!!! I'm shopping more and more at Walmart these days, and getting better prices. Last 2 items I bought were 20% cheaper there. Thank you Walmart..

Account was frozen. Customer reps repeatedly say that someone will contect me and they never do

Account was frozen. Customer rep states that their security team needs to review and will send email on how to reactivate account in 2 business days. Have never received an email. I have called 5 or 6 times and each time am told the same thing and nothing happens.

Amazon seller

My company was using Amazon to sell products, (to keep up with the market) we have lost more money with Amazon not supporting sellers. We have had Amazon accounts hacked and placed fake orders where we ship out $1,000 items only for it to be a fraud charge. Amazon then tells us we are out of the money and the product. They also charge a monthly fee to be a seller then a 15% free when the item is sold which we basically break even after shipping. And we have to sell it at that price because Amazon sells this item directly. Amazon makes online selling an unfair playing field and makes sure that small business does not survive.
