This doesn’t happen because of review content. A computer makes the decision based on contact with seller directly before a review and deleting edited reposting reviews.

Same happened to me! I called and reported it and they filed a complaint with review board, then I got an automated response from the review board stating they carefully reviewed my account and found I was in violation. Well it was obvious to me that was b.s. and this was a form letter so I replied to it stating: clearly you did NOT carefully review my account because if you had you would see I was innocent and restored my account!!!

About 7 days later they replied saying my reviews and privileges were restored. I replied directing them to this site and letting them know this was a huge problem and not isolated.

So don’t give up! You have to complain at least twice before a human gets involved.

Advice: If you were playing a game on Amazon, then you would be smart to move on because criminal prosecutions have happened to some buyers through Amazon's help provided to authorities. BUT IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT, No need to "hold Amazon's hand" as one of your commentator suggested.

Slap on the lawsuit and prove it all in court. - Closing account they can do. - Keeping money that is not theirs is theft. Amazon should learn to be very careful before holding someone's money.

And the only way to teach them is to make them lose money in court on so many lawsuits that they finally see people are done with the unlawful holding of money. Also: 1) pursue action in any media outlet that will bring light to the subject.(Let as many people see as possible the actions of Amazon). Radio shows, YouTube channels, etc. (They are not big time media, but some YouTube channels have 100,000 subscribers).

2) contact your congressman and ask them what agencies it can be reported to. 3) talk to your entire friends list on facebook, followers on twitter, etc. and start a movement to stop purchasing on Amazon until they change their ways. 4) convince all your family members to never buy on Amazon again.

5) don't listen to people that try to dissuade you. They probably work for Amazon or are one of their brainwashed 3rd party sellers.
