Amazon inefficient on delivery

For the last four orders after doing years of ordering from Amazon. They have become inefficient on delivery of products and services. I find it frustrating and to add insult, they treat the customer as if you are responsible and stupid. Then they (customer service) have the oddasaty to say their sorry, which means nothing... And adds to your frustrations. Amazon we love you, but money can be sent else where.... To avoid the new frustrations you are causing customers.

I ordered a pair of boots for my sister for Christmas. The package is still lost. The First Lady I spoke to said she was so sorry she would refund the money. I said no please don’t refund I need the boots my sister is leaving for New York. She went ahead and refunded with the promise she will get the boots that the refund was for my inconvenience of all the calls and trips to the post office for two days. Well here we are at the end of December and no boots. I’m happy for the refund but they did not honor what they said on making sure my sister got the boots. I had ordered fabric softener a month prior and I received laundry detergent instead a brand I have never ordered! I also ordered a Bluetooth headset for a Christmas gift luckily I opened the box to see what it looked like because the box was empty!!! Then today I received my fabric softener (different order) it was all spilt in the box and ruined the dryer sheets that were also in the box. This is ridiculous! I’m over all these mistakes! One every now and again I understand! But this is almost a constant now! The guy I just spoke to was rude and didn’t care. I pay a lot of money to amazon every month. I atleast deserve respect and for them to honor what I’m told.

Christmas gift of pair of socks with writing on bottom. Received both socks saying "if you can read this" when the other sock should've said "bring me some wine" Another pair of socks arrived just FINE packaged with store hanger and label. The cost of mailing back isn't worth it but would just like to let you know what happened Both boxes came from Amazon and did not look like it had been tampered with, it was just a lousy product. gift from Laurie Dulin (either Tampa or St.Petersburg, Florida and has been a prime member) to Corky Hawkinson (10498 N Frontage Sp 128, Arizona) for 2017 Christmas.

Received messages three days in a row that my package was to be delivered by end of day and never happened!!! I have ordered the rear view mirros for royal enfield. order 171-0202422-6653110 REAR VIEW MIRRORS FOR ROYAL ENFIELD. and received in damaged condition,even it was opened infront of delivery person. but amazon is not ready to refund for that neither it is ready to take it back. they also delivered a damaged crash gaurd for royal enfield. for that also they are not ready to refund. dear guys i have made purchase of nearly about 23000 INR online on amazon, but received many stuffs damaged ,non standard,missing in package. pls i request to u not to go for amazon and dont suggest it for you freinds. nagendra
