Amazon - Customer Care Review from Mountain View, California

Unethical,pathetic,cheating,uncivilized behaviour from Amazon India 1) First Ordered OPO using an amazon id, I had already purchased 2 phones on this id. The order got auto cancelled and after repeated struggles to speak to customer care, I was told that I have reached the purchase limit. So waste of an invite, if there is purchase limit, why would Amazon not place an check while placing an order. Why wait till the order is placed and then cancel it? Why the *** are you doing this? 2) Somehow got another invite and ordered OPO with new amazon id, again I get an email saying I have reached the purchase limit, how the *** am I supposed to reach the limit when I am placing first order through different amazon id. Again, invites wasted. When contacted dedicated team for OPO, one *** told me that he will try to give new invites and send me an email regarding that, the worst part here is , he never asked my order details or account or email details . Just an misdirection, I am boycotting OPO being sold on Amazon henceforth and let this message spread to the word. You have cheated so many people like this and I am going to post the recording of the conversation I had with the customer support executive. #BoycottAmazon Guys please support and share this post with hashtag #BoycottAmazon There are many such instances where Amazon had tried to cheat the people,for example , while ordering screenguard etc..This has to be highlighted and OPO should not be selled on Amazon. Amazon support is pathetic and they do some ugly programming that is always wrong. Prefer Flipkart over Amazon in these aspects. Please support again by sharing this post with the hashtag. I am posting the audio soon.

Woodwind & Brasswind would not honor agreed to price and confirmed sale

This is a very disreputable company. I purchased a keyboard and power adapter from them at a good sale price. I had many vendor choices available to choose from, all at the same sale price. I choose this company because their website seemed nice and quite frankly, it was the first to appear in my internet search results. I should have read the reviews already posted to the internet first. They gladly took my order and immediately sent out and billed me for the adapter. The keyboard was on back order. A couple days after billing me for the adapter, they CANCELLED my order for the keyboard without ANY explanation. When I called them, they told me the unit was no longer in production. This was a blatant lie. First, an item no longer being in production doesn't mean that it drops off the face of the earth the next day. It would take considerable time for the the already manufactured supply to be exhausted. Second, this same unit is still available elsewhere on the internet (I guess they didn't get the memo that it isn't in production anymore). The only thing is, it is now being sold at $50 or more elsewhere. The sales are now over. This company CLEARLY decided that they could sell the unit I purchased for much more than they contracted with me to sell it for. Then they even tried to get me to buy something else that was more expensive from them. ARE THEY KIDDING???? Now I am stuck with an useless adapter that I had to pay for. What frauds they are!! Beware when dealing with them....go elswehere.... AS AN UPDATE...the product they told me is no longer available (that's why they had to cancel my order) is now again listed on their website as available soon...but now for $30 more than what they agreed to sell it to me for. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE???

You should contact Amazon... They generally refund quickly for orders that were never received.

This is exact situation just happened to me with the same seller. I WAS CHARGED $172 WHEN I COULD HAVE PURCHASED BRAND NEW FROM AMAZON FOR $60.

1. Amazon listed an ipod for a seller, that the seller later claimed was out of stock. 2. After 3 sessions with cust service, a particular cust service person at Amazon promised to personally call the seller the Monday before Xmas. The seller says he never received such. 3. Cust service said for my inconvenience I would receive a $50 credit. No such credit was made despite follow up email to Amazon. There were other representations by customer service reps that were later identified by other reps as being untrue. It is now the day after Xmas and Amazon isn't doing a thing, while the seller is at least trying to figure out what Amazon did.

$99.0 Amazon Prime Membership

This happened to me last month. I found that Amazon had charged my credit card for Prime membership...

and I did not ask for it. I called them and complained.. and they refunded the charge.

But something about this happening so much should be looked into. Think of all the elderly they may have ripped off!

That happen to me too rescently. I went to check out and a box popped up when i was about to submitt  my order asking if I wanted to try free student prime to get free two day shipping and I clicked yes not knowing I would be charged for it but, I found out as soon as the purchase went through because all my debit transactions come through to my phone. I was billed 49.00 though but I called customer service and they refunded my money back to me.

Amazon - Order cancelled without any mutual agreement

I ordered 2 jackets from Amazon that was on sale. I got the order confirmation and estimated delivery date. Later they cancelled my order saying it was a wrong promotion. Can anything be done about this. Because of this order, I missed some other good deals in the market. I'm really upset about the cancellation. it's just frustrating that I have to buy one without a deal now. The Seller Canceled without my agreement (unfair practice), instead I would have got any communication for paying some extra amount for what I ordered. Had it been a mistake from the buyer then things would have been different.

Amazon Account Review

I have been a loyal customer to Amazon.com since 2009. Just want people to know that Amazon stalled $325 from my bank account and according to Jeff CEO that's the stands he's going to taken it's not gonna much no farther. They keep sending me emails that they refunded the bank but the bank keeps sending me investigations that there is no money sent to them so I'm out all that money and a printer.

Buyer Beware: James Simao scams me for $83,000. He told me that my money was lent to a creditworthy, collateralized borrower.

I was promised that I would get a great returns 20% interest! Unfortunately, I received the fake monthly reports stating my assets are producing great return! There are another 4 investors who lost money like me. But we know by now that many of reports are fake!!!

James Simao was charged Monday with 22 felony counts of grand theft and forgery for allegedly stealing more than $2 million from 18 investors and others over a 3 year period in which he allegedly maintained a lavish lifestyle.

James Simao has been under investigation since January and may face additional charges as the result of a federal probe. His investment company has been closed and forced into involuntary bankruptcy.

I got my money back from the TRS company. but the issue was not resolved in time to complete the purchase in time for Christmas.

I would like to start by saying I’ve spent over $15k on amazon over the last 5 years and I told everyone who would listen how great amazon was. I would like to apologize to those individuals and retract my statement for the following reason: My bank failed to complete a transfer request into my main account which left me with no time to wait another day for another transfer as the purchases were Christmas gifts I had to wrap and ship before Christmas, so I set up my checking acct. from that bank to complete the amazon purchase. After which my bank sent the transfer even though online there was no pending transfer and all the money was still in my account. Amazon uses a 3rd party company (TRS) to guarantee payment so only a portion of my items arrived. So until TRS contacted amazon stating the issue has be resolved my account would stay on hold and since they can’t see my account the status of the other ordered items was unknown. The same day of notification from amazon that there was an issue, I went into my amazon account and changed the payment method for all the items. Then the amazon rep brought TRS into the call on Thursday (12/18) and I offered a credit card to clear those items, that wasn’t an option it was stated the items had to be resubmitted through that ck. Acct. on Fri. 12/19. So I transferred the money back to the original account. On Friday I drove to my bank and they apologized and refunded the fees they charged me and faxed a letter to TRS claiming responsibility for the mistake. I then contacted TRS again to ask why the items haven’t posted. I was told the person who could check didn’t have a telephone, really? Nor could they confirm the receipt of the fax. (they only have a hard fax machine so the paper fax was misplaced) I then brought my bank manager into the 3-way call and she again confirmed it was a bank error and offered to send the fax again which she did. After 2.5 hours on the phone we were given the person who didn’t have a phone and she confirmed it was bank error and had the fax but couldn’t contact amazon until I provided proof that the items were cleared. (that call lasted 3hrs and 5min.) Later that day the items never posted they didn’t post until two days later on Monday 12/22. I contacted TRS Rep and sent the proof of posting, she forwarded the request for release to her manager and amazon at 9:00 am. At 11:30 I called Amazon and the “account specialist” also didn’t have a phone and they had no way to contact them, they could only send an email and wait for a response. On the first call I spoke with a 1st level supervisor who wouldn’t transfer me to her manager and was rude and she disconnected the call. I called back and got the supervisor’s manager and while on hold I called on my second cell and also got another supervisor’s manager. One of them was unable to help me the other one Rod Santos was able to contact the specialist who was supposed to be in a vacuum and unreachable. Rod stated they had received the request from TRS and I would be receiving an email that my account was no longer on hold. (that call lasted 2.5 hours) I called amazon at 4pm requesting that my account be released, however no one is able to see an account that is on hold except the specialist in the vacuum that is unreachable by any human. I brought the TRS rep into the call and she confirmed all was corrected and the account should be released, but to no avail because the vacuum people had to release it. (that call lasted 1hr 45min.) Tuesday morning my account was released and the order for the remaining Christmas presents had been cancelled by Amazon even though they were paid for through my regular credit card that has been on file with them for over 5 years. I tried to reorder but they wouldn’t arrive in prior to Christmas even with 1 day shipping. I will NEVER use amazon again, I found the some of the same items amazon offered on the sellers website for the same price and they promised to deliver by Christmas eve. The other item I found on overstock.com for the same price with free shipping and guaranteed to be delivered on Christmas Eve.
