Unethical,pathetic,cheating,uncivilized behaviour from Amazon India 1) First Ordered OPO using an amazon id, I had already purchased 2 phones on this id. The order got auto cancelled and after repeated struggles to speak to customer care, I was told that I have reached the purchase limit. So waste of an invite, if there is purchase limit, why would Amazon not place an check while placing an order. Why wait till the order is placed and then cancel it? Why the *** are you doing this? 2) Somehow got another invite and ordered OPO with new amazon id, again I get an email saying I have reached the purchase limit, how the *** am I supposed to reach the limit when I am placing first order through different amazon id. Again, invites wasted. When contacted dedicated team for OPO, one *** told me that he will try to give new invites and send me an email regarding that, the worst part here is , he never asked my order details or account or email details . Just an misdirection, I am boycotting OPO being sold on Amazon henceforth and let this message spread to the word. You have cheated so many people like this and I am going to post the recording of the conversation I had with the customer support executive. #BoycottAmazon Guys please support and share this post with hashtag #BoycottAmazon There are many such instances where Amazon had tried to cheat the people,for example , while ordering screenguard etc..This has to be highlighted and OPO should not be selled on Amazon. Amazon support is pathetic and they do some ugly programming that is always wrong. Prefer Flipkart over Amazon in these aspects. Please support again by sharing this post with the hashtag.
