Orders not being delivered to my address

My pkgs were repeatedly being delivered to a hardware store instead of my house. Due to my age and health I am not able to run around looking for my pkgs. Called Amazon and explained the issue. They were very helpful as it is something UPS was doing. Amazon will be bringing my pkg to me tomorrow. Amazon was very helpful.

User's recommendation: Call Amazon when you need assistance.

I need help with the abc mouse app for apple devices

Amazon needs to make it easier to contact customer service. Sometimes we need to talk with a human not a computer. I finally resolved my issue. I appreciate you responding.

Delivery driver refused to leave my package because my tiny little morkie barked at him. We have a secure fence and gate to keep the puppy in the yard . All the drivers leave packages at the gate. They do not need to open the gate and subject themselves to a possible attack from a tiny little dog. This was absurd. They said they delivered the package in a secure place. My husband spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find it. When I called to find out what happened customer service told me it was not delivered . They put it back on the truck and left. This person needs an attitude adjustment. I just purchased a sign from Amazon about delivering at the gate.

I am having issues with my upstairs neighbor. The delivery driver gave her my package and she forged my name. If the package is being handed to a person in an apartment building, the driver should be asking for Identification.

User's recommendation: Add "Ask for ID,"when given directly to a person. Someone in my building forged my name and took the package, which she damaged.
