Laptop money not refunded
I ordered a laptop on 7 August, 2023 It was delivered on 8 August, 2023 and when opened the packaging found that the screen had damage. There was a line on the screen and I put in the replacement request for the same on the same day.
A technician visited for the inspection of the laptop on 9 August, 2023 and he found the laptop faulty.
So, I put in a request for replacement. Replacement was to be done on 10 August, 2023 but no one came for the replacement. Then again I raised the concern that no one visited for replacement then I was assured that there is no evident of the consignment and it was assured that the laptop will be returned. The expected returned date was scheduled to be 11-12 August, 2023.
I waited for these 2 days and as usual no one appeared for the return.
Then it was scheduled for pickup on 24 August, 2023. A pickup guy came and called me and that pick up boy was at a different location so I told him to wait at that location so that I'll hand him the laptop as he was not aware of the location. After 10 min I called him but he didn't pick up my call. I tried him multiple times but he didn't pick up the call and at last he put my number in the block list.
Now, it was scheduled for pickup on 31 August, 2023. I was informed that if the product doesn't get picked up on 12 September ,2023 then I'll be provided an advance refund. And again it was scheduled for pick up on 14 September, 2023 but no one shown up for pickup. Now, it has been more than a month, I'm waiting for the resolution.
Whenever I call your customer executives informs me that they can't help in this as this case is being handled by a concerned team and they will get back to you. But they never contacted me till date.
I haven't received not a single call from them informing the progress of my case. Now, their customer executives are hanging up the call saying that they are transferring the call to the concerned team.

Amazon Prime membership can not be paid by my verified bank account even though that preference is accepted for payment on any thing else at Amazon

Fraud
You guys are complicit with the thief who stole 680 from me. I want an explanation as to how the *** is it possible that someone used my debit card and ordered 680 worth of stuff and your amazing company couldn't track it using my debit card number.
I'll tell u why because you guys are an accomplice. Instead of having to issue the refunds to my bank, u pretend that you need an account number. Tell me. How the *** can I produce an account number for the anonymous thief that stole my money.
That's a fancy trick . It's obvious what u guys are doing and Iam already talking to a lawyer so we can start the biggest class action lawsuit you have ever been hit with.
