Delayed delivery on order

I no longer have a complaint. I wanted the rugs I ordered a lot. I was working with a decorator and trying to coordinate paint colours, lamps, slipcovers etc. The fact that the rugs were promised and then had delivery delays and then appeared to be lost, caused me to be stressed and disappointed. I was Ble to communicate with Amazon, accepted that I would not get these rugs, that I loved, received my credit back and switched decorating plans.

Bad service

I ordered an item February 24th and still haven't received it. Also my husband ordered for the first time for Amazon it's two first items came in but never never got an email or update that it was coming or nothing. Did not get told that it was delivered. Last package you just got right now yesterday not notified that it was delivered directly reflect socks outside of our gate in the pouring rain and could have been stolen. Need to have delivery people to do their job better

The delivery people keep delivering my packages to the house next-door 65 my house number is 57 make it a specific note that they look at the house numbers and deliver to the correct location. This is the third time this has happened. Call me back at 860-589-****.

Requested return of item

On January 9, 2024, i ordered a 12 pack of MAX Energizer batteries. I received a 6 pack. When I advised Amazon of the problem, they sent me another 6 pack and asked me to return the first package. Now at least I had 12 batteries, which is what i ordered. Now Amazon is asking me to return the first package, or they will charge me the full price again. If I return the first package, I will again only have 6 after paying ($10.72) for 12. The order # is 112-633****-869****. This is absurd.

Issue with order

I tried to purchase a table and the company had shipping issues so canceled the order and needs to refund me and Amazon was very helpful in finind the order tha was missing from my orders list and informing me of what was going on. Told me to give another 23hrs for the refund and if not received by then, I should call them back and they will resolve the issue. I have been with Amazon about 2 years now and absolutely love it. They really are an amazing company with top notch customer service
