Swing-set hasn’t been delivered

When will swing set be delivered?? I've been told several times it would be here.and haven't received yet. I haven't received. I know it was to be. Delivered by CEVA. I also read bad reviews that other customers never received theirs

No Delivery

PUROLATOR IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. PLEASE PLEASE REMOVE them as an option for delivery. They are not meeting Amazon standards and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. PUROLATOR makes me literally not purchase from Amazon if I know they are delivering (or NOT, BECAUSE THEY DON'T DELIVER!!!) OTHERWISE Amazon, what's the point??

User's recommendation: DON'T BUY THINGS ON AMAZON IF PUROLATOR IS DELIVERING.

YPackage was thrown in driveway and dogs chewed up my packages. Packages are to be put on top of the car. Amazon sent new items.

I want to end my prime membership

I just did not purchase enough to keep a membership alive Amazon is a great company with great customer service but he just wasn't right for me

Surprise! Charges for Membership of monthly Amazon Prime without telling you

I cancelled my membership January or so last year 2021. I was offered free shipping for some products and boom! without asking me if wanted Prime again they started to charge monthly payments. I don't check my bank statements because I trust Amazon. But on April 2022 I saw that they were charging that fee without any advice. Amazon stills your hars=d earn money if you don't watch them.

User's recommendation: My friends and I are looking for alternatives to buy in other places like EBay etc.

I received a order today that was left in the sun

All deliveries are supposed to be put on the porch underneath the carport and the sun would not be disregarded all day I work all the time I got home on most of the day decision spoil the meat spoil the vegetables spoil the only thing didnt spoil was the canned goods in the bakery

Not happy about paying for shipping

Amazon - Not happy about paying for shipping
I ordered two things and they both said they were going to be on a certain date that was not the case I had to pay extra for one other to be on that date. I called customer service to tell them that I wanted to cancel that order and the money that they put towards that certain date was the order that was supposed to be there first. Still dont understand why I have to pay for that shipping when I ask them to cancel it! But I will say the representative was very nice and she dealt with me and Im a hard person to deal with. However they did not fix the problem.

Trying to reinstate my account

I've got nowhere. And I have returned that need to go back I don't understand what the problem is one minute I'm on Amazon looking at things in the next minute my account is gone.

It was put on hold and I can't get you to take it off hold.

So I can't do my returns in a timely manner I've been dealing with this for 3 weeks now. I've called four times.

My account was put on hold and I cannot get it taken off hold I've done everything you've asked me to do. I have returned to need to go back and I can't even return them because I can't get into my account. I have my checking account attached to my account but in the meantime I close that account and it was still billing to my close account instead of my new account that's what the problem was. So I really need access to my account I've called four five times to try to get this taken care of and I get nowhere.

Order got lost

Order got lost, didnt want refund, just wanted what i ordered. Hardest thing was to find a customer care phone# Once I had a live person on the line everything was resolved quickly.
