I was charged as a Amazon Prime member when I am not one.
On July 7 2019 I was charged the Amazon Prime membership fee, when I am not a member. I even went so far as to check online right after the transaction. When I contacted someone on their customers service line, they informed me it would take 3 to 5 business days to correct a $13.09 mistake this billion dollar business made. When they had no trouble withdrawing the funds from my account right away.

Amazon - TRICKERY
Once again when ordering an item on Amazon UK I was automatically signed up for Amazon Prime. I deliberately avoided this option as I had been caught once before, but once again an email was sent telling me I had a free trial and in the very small print at the botton I was told my subscriptions would begin automatically after 30 days. I did not seen any indication to agree to this option. I think this is a disgusting way to trick people. Its scandelous.
Amazon is inefficient
Amazon insufficiently uses technology. You would think that Amazon could make their item pickup system in their warehouses more efficient. Instead of having workers walking from one end of the warehouse and then back again they could program the scanners to pick up items is a systematic order within their warehouse shelving storage. For example, have workers "nest" in a couple of aisles and they work those aisles and those aisles only. Either that or organize their merchandise into departments (ala Walmart) and workers could work in the departments pulling items and take them to a conveyor belt at one edge of the department. Both of these ways mainstream their delivery system and make it more cost efficient and faster fro the company and their customers.

Amazon - WANT ME TO PAY FOR ITEMS THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED AND ACCOUNTED FOR
CONTACTED AMAZON ON 06/06/2019 AT 15:12 P.M. AND TALKED FOR 59. MINUTES & 23. SECS. IN REFERENCES TO MY BALANCE ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED A STATEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $266.10 DATED 06/05/2019. I RETURNED ITEMS IN THE AMOUNT OF $152.64. I KEPT ITEMS IN THE AMOUNT OF $144.12 AND MADE A PAYMENT OF $100.00 WAS MADE ON JUNE 17TH. AMAZON AND SYNCHRONY BANK WOULD NOT GIVE ME A CURRENT BALANCE. EACH AND EVRY TIME I RETURN ITEMS THEY DO NOT REFLECT ACCORDINGLY. I BECAUSE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE BOTH. I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY ADDITIONAL PURCHASES UNTIL MONTHS LATER DUE TO THE CONTINOUS ERRORS.

I were sent this survey for Amazon after i had finished the survey I where direct to select a product for free of charge I selected the Kwto pills for $4.95 pay only shipping and handling after I started the process it never let me see the conplete order it took 39.95 off my card about 5-10 mintunes later it had take another payment off my card 29.95. I begain to look for a number to call about the payment that had been taken from me I got hold od Amazon customer service and spoken with some gut and through our conversion he hungged up on me I went too check my bank account and what I was ordering is not what they taken my money for the peoduct were Rixyblueakullemuscleup and Roseinglanebeautserm is what my account says i paid for.
