Cannot help me with not resolve the issue I called to talk to a person to help me resolve. My problem never happened never resolve my issue and I tried and tried to have them give me a person and the robot would not understand and Ive got very frustrated and its very frustrating when this happens and my issue was never resolved.

User's recommendation: I thought I was be able to talk to a live person to finish resolve get done what I called for in a timely matter since we all work and have stuff to get done and complete my problem, but that was not what it was they would not let me talk to a live person very very confusing and frustrating and don’t want to go through it again. Don’t try to talk to the system because you will not get your answer Let me get to a live person that can resolve my issue effectively and immediately

Late package

I purchased something and it kept getting a change of delivery date. Then it updated to package damaged, returning to sender and Amazon will not send me a new one and wont fix the issue for another 2 weeks! If my package was damaged or lost, I should be sent a new one right away. No apology. No credit. No discount. I got the part for a discounted price and now they want me to repurchase it at the not discounted price.

I had a bad expierance with Amazon. I bought a tablet.

The manufacturer canceled the order without any explanation. Amazon never refund. They say the money is stil in Argentina.

I bought to Amazon. They shoud be the one how resolve and explain what happened.

Says free shipping for items over $35.00. Get to billing and no free shipping, on order over $38.00, I called customer service after 1 hour on the phone told only free shipping on certain items, I can order items and call back after I get the bill then they will refund my shipping?? I don't have the time for this nonsense. I will be denied the shipping fee when I waste more of my time, for some other bogus reason.

I don't use Amazon to order products. I don't have cash like that. This charge should be canceled. I am unable to see any purchases made on my device. See picture below. Therefore, this charge should be either canceled or reversed because as you can see, I did not make it.

I was scammed for $950.00 on8-22-23. I was on the phone again tonight. Now they say I have been placed into collections. No body seams to be able to do anything. Also, yalls great bank sent my letter with the fraud decision on 8-21-23. It didn't happen until 8-22-23!!!
