Actually my update review I will give zero Stars if I could because I was told that I'm sorry for the misinformation that was given to you but we can't send the item out to you at this time

I was told that I would get a full refund and the item will still be mailed out to me because weather delivery driver placed the item I never left any instructions to leave the item in the back of a shop inside of trash the tires are trash we throw out every night to be picked up in the morning so I can't understand why would the delivery driver leave the package there when I clearly left instructions to deliver item after 10:00 and require signature I've gotten a refund but the item still has not been mailed out

User's recommendation: Make sure you double check your instructions make sure that they are followed.

Wrong order sent

We were sent the wrong size tires after reordering from a previous order which was the right size tires.

User's recommendation: Do not Oder tires or at the very least do not reorder from a previous order.

Over charges

I keep seeing the same charges on my statement at the bank told me to get in touch with Amazon very frustrated now tried different ways to get in touch with you I need Someone to explain why I see this its several amounts keep coming up why?

My account has been blocked since August of last year

I can't answer questions from August of last year regarding purchases I made or the last four of the card number at the time. My card has been compromised 3 time since and I don't remember. I don't know what else to do. Please help! I usually make 2-3 orders a week and now I can't make one. Its not fair and I'm a law enforcement officer who works hard to do the right thing.

Amazon canceled my delivery without any explanation. I would like to know why they did. Fix this problem and in the near future explain to the customer to why you canceled their order. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
