First ordered a $200 EMusic card. Received nothing.
Then in November ordered $400 in physical gift cards for my 4 grandchildren. Got them, but when they tried to use them, no money on them! Run around with 8-12 broken tongue foreigners you can't even understand.
Got me for $600.00. Never buy anything from Bezos and his thieves!

I placed an order, and I added my new address, but the order is being delivered to my old address, so I tried to cancel the order and was unable to. I work too hard for my money just to throw it away.

I wanted to get a coupon so i could buy a couch with a discount. They were asking questions related to groceries.
Finally I was referred to the right department but he referred me to Syncrony bank to get a Amazon gift card. I was about to get a credit card I wanted a discount!

Well, first I couldn't even open an account with my email. So I called, and we set it up over the phone with your employee, my phone number.
And I ordered something, and my order got canceled. So I called back, and your employee said that my account was locked, that they couldn't put my email through. That I needed to create another email, and I said I wasn't going to do that.
I was frustrated, so I called back once again, and we were still having problems with the email. So I just wanted to cancel because it was so much of a hassle.
Preferred solution: I tried to resolve it, but it didn't work.

I have an issue with Amazon. I've written them several times.
No response.
There's much about Amazon I find convenient. But their remoteness, their refusal or inability to deal with my issue is irritating.
My videos won't play on Amazon Prime videos. It comes back as sorry something went wrong and the contact amazon.com/videohelp
The fix worked for one show and surprise! It went back to the same 'sorry, something went wrong' - no kidding.
It was darn near impossible to get answers and to get ahold of you! It took a very long time reading through the instructions and suggestions; most of them didn't apply at all. Then I went searching for other answers and then to find any number to get in touch with you.
It took an hour out of my life that I will never get back. I'm doing it again this morning.
- Amazon prime for sales is always good
- It is very difficult to get information and is very frustrating
