I want to reorder an order that was returned and add a new item

My prior order of 4 items was not picked up within 3 days from delivery. The website indicated 'return/refund in progress.' I wanted to know if the items can be redelivered along with a new item.

Instead of waiting for the refund, then reordering.

The answer was no. Wait for the refund to be posted, then order again.

Returned items and was unhappy about credit given not cash back to creditor. So i Complain to Amazon and they froze my account very inconvenient.

Very hard to reopen.

They got the items back I. Told him to keep the money or the credit just open my account.

Missing package

on Dec. 24/2024 I was sent a message that a package that I had ordered was delivered.

when I went to look at the front door, there was no package. I called to inquire about the package and given an extraordinary hard time by amazo of how how to get my package. I was told to go to FEDX and ask what had happened. I did.

FEDX told me to ask my neighbors about the package and of course I did.

My neighbors mind their business and don't follow the delivery man/woman around. no results on the issue at this point.

User's recommendation: I want a refund or the bike as ordered. At this point Amazon is telling that they are not responsible for lost products that FEDX does not deliver. There were people in my house when the package was "delivered" No door bell rang, no knock on the door, as Fedx told me this was a no knock, delivery.

Delivery driver's being mean to dogs

He did not give me any proof that he actually put in a complaint to the driver, he said he would but he did not send anything and he would not let me speak to a supervisor or a manager myself

I have professionally trained guard dogs who are in a fence, Amazon drivers are instructed to set package down by our garage that is away from our fence where the dogs are.

The driver getting out of his truck used a high pitched shock sound at my FENCED dogs that made my dog yelp in pain because it hurt his ears.

I wanted to return my item and I chose ASDA WEST EALING store. They rejected delivering my item to Amazon as they stated that they do not handle Amazon deliveries.

I called the Amazon number, but there was still no answer.

I have been trying to resolve an issue since October 9th of 2024. I had ordered UnderArmour workout leggings in black size L, what I received instead was a brand called Pro Silkworld leggings, which I had never heard of.

I called Amazon and they issued a return label. I promptly sent them back and received a credit. I thought the matter settled until December 16th when I was notified that since I hadn't sent the UnderArmour leggings back they removed the credit.

Once again I called, provided the necessary information plus a picture of the leggings they sent me and when I didn't receive any communication back I called again, got someone with whom I had difficulty understanding and she transferred me to a gentleman who asked me to hold and then disconnected me! Normally they will call back but he never did which lead me to believe the disconnect was intentional.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my recent orders placed on Amazon.com.
Yesterday, I purchased two items, and the payment has been successfully charged to my account.

I ordered a mobile phone , paid by visa and got a bottle of detergent instead. They refused to get this wrong item , refused to refund my money , were very rude and unprofessional , claimed it is none of their business and that they do not care about any complaint , blocked my phone number !! So I lost my money and got nothing

I put the two plant stands up, one at a time, only to find out they gave me five of one part and three of the other. It should have been four and four.

So, I called customer service and they said I needed to disassemble the product and pack it up for any type of refund.

I just needed one shelf. You have got to be kidding me.

I ordered 2 boxes of RX bars but only received one; the second package was empty. This issue needs to be fixed.

Items are missing

When I ordered it, I was so happy. When I received my package, I had my dad and others help me set it up.

However, when they were finishing, the cover for the head part on the patented side was missing. That's why I've been trying to get in touch with you all. I would like for you guys to send me the missing items.

I'm not trying to return anything. I just want you to send me the head cover that I'm missing, and that's it.
