Problem with a vendor order

The vendor was going to make me pay for shipping other of the item I purchased to California. The cost to me was going to be $60, which would negate the savings I was able to gain by purchasing the exact same product from another merchant. When they did reimburse me they of course did not reimburse the original shipping which was $20 but I guess theres not much I can do about that.

Approval for purchase of iPhone

Someone called for me to approve a purchase of an iPhone on July account. They told me it was a scam call. Glad I did the right thing and called Amazon. Appreciate your prompt attention. I had gotten consecutive days of the call and was getting aggravated. You helped put me at ease. Thanks again.

Drivers often leave packages in vulnerable locations

The UPS retrieval for a recent return wasn't efficient. I had to call and visit UPS store several times. I enjoy Amazon, and will continue to patronize. That has been my experience that could use improving

Somebody from Amazon has called me

Somebody from Amazon has call me but I was not able to answer the phone Instead Amazon has leaved a message from my phone that I purchased some goods I never purchased soon goods in fact on the Ist week of May 2022 I advice Amazon customer support I did not purchased anything from you. I though this has been solved but yesterday Amazon called again. Please disgard this matter I never purchaed anything. I try to call the phone number that Amazon you gave but it does not connect from Amazon.

Terrible online update info for order placed

I was given a delivery date for my order as usual. Then the date changed due to some issue. After that delivery date expired I was given another delivery date but this time it said if not delivered on that date I should request a refund. You think!!!the whole time this is going on the tracking was never updated.

Order update

My complaint is with the automated system that you have for customer service. I kept getting switched from one system to another system. It is frustrating and virtually impossible to get around the system and speak with a person. Once I connected with a person, after multiple attempts, the representative was very polite and helpful, he resolved my problem to my satisfaction.
