I've been a long time Amazon customer, unfortunately the last three or four months Amazon is always sending me damaged product. The latest was I bought flooring and they canceled the order because it
Amazon on sent me flooring that they told me will not be sent because it was damaged in transit. One morning out of nowhere they show up with this delivery in boxes like they hid them when they weren't supposed to even come when I open the boxes I noticed they were all damaged and beat up and they were the delivery that was supposed to be canceled.
I took pictures talked to the service agent and after talking to his supervisor they decided to tell me to throw them away were all horribly damage they were and they would just give me my money back. Then I didn't get money back of course it's how Amazon has been acting lately, everybody above the people that actually answer the phone who are fantastic but everybody that they connect me to have turned into horrible people except for a handful. I called about 25 times as for my money and they all just kept saying I'm not getting it because their system won't allow it. My wonder was why did the system allow this other gentleman to tell me what he told me throw it away and he'll give me my money but the system won't allow these other people who are all in the same department.
One supervisor after asking her to listen to the tapes told me she could do that but she's not going to it takes too long after responding well it took me a long time to make $1,100 she responded back takes too long and hung up, another agent told me she listened to the tapes and said the guy didn't say it took a 2 minutes to listen to the tape after everybody with more authority than her said they couldn't listen to the tape All of a sudden she was able to she totally lied to me. Other agents pretending like they were in the fraud department lied to me other agent were just rude to me they're stealing $1,100 from me because I just followed what their agent said and to me it seems like they're just covering for this guy for making a horrible mistake and making me pay the price. For the last three four months I would give Amazon a minus one star.
Some be disciplined for treating me with no respect. And like I was a fool.
User's recommendation: I will still buy because before this horrible experience Amazon used to be good always treated you with respect unfortunately I don't know what happened to Amazon but they should look into their customer service once again. I don't know what happened to this

Trouble with a purchase

Tried to make a return and Amazon instructed me to take it up with the seller. I purchased this item from Amazon therefore I feel Amazon should have made the refund and then deal with the seller!

I called customer service at Amazon on the 15th of May the day I received the coffee table I asked for a return label Amazon informed me I would have to wait 48 to 72 hrs for response from the seller if not satisfied by the 20th Amazon would refund the return label was for me to pay shipping back sent pictures of damage to seller now on the 20th told to wait another 48 to 72 hrs false advertising easy return and coffee table was advised as solid wood it is not it's partial board and Amazon refused to give me back all my refund I only received 1/2 and told to keep the table it's trash BEWARE when purchasing through AMAZON
