I was "automatically subscribed" because of a shipment choice I requested and when I was charged $14.03 I was very confused and upset by it when all I did was update my card information. I wanted a refund and I'll be receiving it but it'll take 5 to 10 business days to receive (which on it's own is upsetting).

User's recommendation: only do FREE shipping unless you want to be charged a monthly subscription fee.

Charge to my debit card but I ordered nothing

Over several months I had some emails asking me to "verify credit card or payment information" saying they were from Amazon, I did not open them as the looked suspicious. Credit card company told me they had hundreds of calls for "fishing" claiming to be Amazon but they were not. Beware.

Amazon charge on my debit card, I do not have an Amazon account, it was closed a long time ago. I did not order anything. I cannot reach anyone at Amazon, called many times, on hold over an hour. Cannot log into their site as I do not have an account. I filed a dispute with the bank but that can take weeks to months. My debit card is now closed. Cannot reach a real live person at Amazon. I can't say their service is bad, I can just say that they have none.

Bad delivery

Details
This is the third time my package is left in the mailroom of my senior apartment. Thus is not a secure area. Signs say do not leave packages. I am a senior. I have mobility issues and have to find someone to get package. I have in my instructions either leave at my door or dont deliver at all.

Order placed on 4th June'20 Order # 408-3486429-5061116 Product Soundboss XBT 1062 Refund requested on 10th June'20 Return collected on 11th June'20 Today is the 8th July'20 and not refund has been initiated still. When product was ordered it arrived in a weeks time so now when return was collected on the 11th June why is it taking 27days for refund. Kindly look into the matter as I am a regular buyer from Amazon or I will have to think of discontinuing amazon for good.

Twice now I have ordered vinyl records that have been delivered without a shipping box. They simply put a delivery sticker on the shrink wrap and sent it on its merry way.

User's recommendation: Don't buy vinyl from Amazon if you value its condition.

My account was locked again for no reason. Please, unlock it as soon as possible, so I could close this account. I also want to be reimbursed for my Prime membership since I couldn't place orders and use it's benefits. I can't call Amazon customer number because you're not available.locked account

I have ordered one product (Milton Flip Lid (1 ltr) Thermosteel) on 1st July by amazon, after a few days on 3rd July I received a call from seller and ordered me for cancellation my order. I asked reason for this, he explained me that delivery can be delay from delivery date at least 5 to 10 days. But I was agree to received it late so I deny to cancel my order. Next day, I track my order, But I found that it had been cancelled. I have not received my payment yet (10.07.2020). I've never dealt with any company that won't let you know when something will ship for a month (four delays), won't let you cancel after the first delay (for weeks), and after you try to cancel multiple times, ships it anyway and flips you off about it. I placed an order on June 14th, and I've been trying to cancel it since June 22nd. They just shipped it July 8th and charged me. This is after multiple interactions with Customer Service asking to cancel, and escalating twice. As you can see, Customer Service was not very nice to me about this either. Amazon really pissed me off this time.

User's recommendation: Hope that nothing happens with your order, otherwise there's no resource to fall back on.
