Amazon's vaunted "2 day delivery" sometimes works well and at others doesn't. Most of the delay problems are by the delivery company---usually by the USPS although better companies like UPS and FEDEx can also be at fault.

Amazon counts on customers not doing anything if a delivery is delayed and they do nothing to rectify the problems or even say "sorry" when it happens. You may see a "guaranteed delivery" in two days on orders, but that "guarantee" means nothing.

Complain all you want, but Amazon could care less, you and most customers will continue to be taken advantage of. By the way, instead of Amazon Prime streaming, there is Netflix, Hulu and a bunch of other options out there.

I purchased a “New” book on Amazon. The book arrived and was clearly used and had notes written in ink on nearly every page. I wrote the facts and included pictures of the book’s pages. Amazon rejected the review protecting the Vendor and themselves. I now assume Amazon vendors ratings to false and not trust worthy.

I have placed my book order at AMAZON.com Turkey website. (order no: 402-2417884-5389924) However, ı have never received my order. I called Amazon Turkey office many times and informed them. But, yet no solutions. It has been more than a month; I have not received any explanations, nor my book nor my money refunded! ı never recommend Amazon to anyone. There are many other platforms work much better and reliable.

Your reviews are gone. You will have to find another way to stroke your ego and determine your worth.

I think anyone who would spend hundreds of hours writing reviews to boost their self worth is a sickness. It’s their website and you should respect it, but you don’t. Instead you feel your voice is more important then their right to govern content on the site that they run and pay for. Here is a idea, open your own website, pay for it, spend millions of hours growing it, then tell everyone how unfair it is that some user thinks their rights are greater then yours.

You simply refuse to acknowledge that they have the right to govern their content.

You just want your way. Well thankfully they have heard you and after the stink you have raised I wouldn’t be surprised if your IP was blocked for any input.

Once again a American citizen shows the entire world exactly how ignorant they really are. First, you just don’t buy appliances online.

It’s a “sight unseen” purchase. You literally have no idea what your going to get. A picture says a thousand words but did nothing to prepare you for your purchase. Second.

At no point did amazon have anything to do with the sale other then being the platform you viewed it/purchased through. They are a advertising and fair sale site. Meaning they do the sale for both parties and make sure no one is being robbed at the time of purchase. Third.

Exactly what do you expect amazon to fix? That would be like buying a ford and telling Chevy to fix it!! Amazon has very limited liability in this instance. They are doing their part, they are investigating.

Lastly, as long as the unit was never sold to a retail customer and never used them by definition it is new. Just because it was made a few years ago doesn’t make it used. You purchase many many many items made months and sometimes even years ago that has sat in a warehouse until sold. Being discontinued means it’s no longer in active production.

It doesn’t mean that it’s no longer new. Being dusty means it sat in a warehouse. I see this as a comedy or errors on your part. You made a poor choice to purchase a large appliance online from a source you ASSumed had a connection based solely on your preconceived notion of how words work.

You did nothing to protect yourself in any way and now seek anyone else to take your portion of responsibility. Even to the point of purposefully being obtuse. Amazon PRIME is a membership service. PRIME appliances is a business to sell appliances online.

How you could confuse the two is beyond me. The only way your story works is if you admitted to the fact that you didn’t read. That you saw the word prime and made assumptions without reading further. But unfortunately people like you will never truly admit fault.

It’s just not in your nature to be mature enough to recognize your failures. You did this to you and want everyone else to believe that youre a poor victim of someone else. While I agree that getting a defect oven is *** and the person who sold it to you needs to be held just as accountable as you expect amazon to be. But it was a PERSON who dropped a discontinued oven on you.

Not amazon. Not mr bezo. This has nothing to do with political leanings.

It has to do with assigning blame to the real culprit and not just lashing out at all parties involved until you get your way. Be an adult and go after the person who sold you *** and don’t make the same mistake again.

My sister in law ordered us a bunch of stuff as a house warming gift. We never got it, so she called and asked for a refund. Re-ordered the package, and still didn't get it. My neighbor is never home, she works 60 hours a week. Finally 2 weeks after "delivery", my neighbor catching me taking my dog out and said she thinks she has our packages.. what do ya know, all the 3 boxes with double the merch! Hey Amazon, Check the actual house numbers on the mailboxes instead of relying on Google maps to take you in front of the correct house!

I registered a new account on amazon yesterday and i loaded $200 amazon gift card into it and today i cannot log into my account, it keeps telling me incorrect password, i reset password and it tells incorrect password, i requested for a OTP and it tells me incorrect password..
