I would hate to receive gifts from an unnamed source. Not everyone likes surprises, good or bad.

I would suspect a stalker or someone from the past who should remain there.

Sucks!! Awesome for NORMAL sh%t but when Amazon says it is coming from their warehouse - and the delivery date changes from 3 days - to - week a later ++ - WHILE your Child is watching for his goods...WTF!?!?

Amazon stop showing Prime video on my TV without a notice even though I am a Prime member for almost 10 years. There customer would only say they are not support my TV any longer even though it has the Amazon Prime app on it from the manufacture. Yes it has been playing for over 2 years now. Their management would only say Sorry for the inconvenience. You will have to purchase a new TV.

TV standards change and Google and most TV Os providers changed the way APPs have to be built . A second option is a Roku.

Software and devices lose software support all the time. It is part of the reduced hardware life cycle.

I ordered a new baby gift card for $600. After 5 days the gift card was lost. Amazon could not re issue the order and I had to get a refund which cost me $35 due to currency exchange rates. December 25th of 2018 I purchased a living room couch set on Amazon through Mecordirect.com they only sent one piece of the three pieces and it was damaged and their delivery people had left it on the corner of my house out side in the rain. Skip forward Months and after about 75 emails and multiple promises (in writing) to be refunded they closed the complaint saying it's "outside of the return window" It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, but now it's downright theft. I have to drive about an hour south of here in the morning to file my lawsuit now, what has become of this company.
