This is a joke. I called two different phone numbers, but was not able to talk to anyone. All I got was a long message and an apology for not been able to answer my phone call. All I wanted to do was cancelled Amazon Prime membership that I never joined. I went on line and cancelled I hope I get my money back.

User's recommendation: WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER, MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT CLICK ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE ITEM YOU ARE PURCHASING. SAME THINK HAPPENED BEFORE WITH AN ORDER I PLACED FOR MY HUSBAND. HE WAS BEEN CHARGED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP EVERY MONTH.

l bought a dog collar from Happy Dog Place a seller on amazon,the collar did not fit ,l choose from sellers chart ,l contacted seller and the seller was rude and said no exchange no refunds,l left feedback and got a email from amazon that stated my feedback would not be posted due to fairness to seller,what about fairness to me the buyer?l have bought from amazon from 2012 as of today l close my account

Good Day Order ID: 112-3562017-7106652 And Order# 114-5295685-4956246 Im still waiting for my REFUNDS for over 7 business days! Your service is PATHETIC!!! Gift cards refunds are supposed to be IMMEDIATE as stated on your website. Amazon has been withholding my refunds. Ive been calling for days and have been lied to and given empty promises by over 4 Amazon consultants. I have not received a single email response since June 17th, Ive sent several emails but still nothing. Amazon is SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT! Your customer service is 0!
