My package was delivered to wrong address

No resolve to missing package. Someone else has my package. Rude customer service. No easy way to reach Amazon. Amazon doesn't seem to care.

Because of theses hackers .

I have two individuals that have hacked into my account and charged 1,000 and 700.00 on some apple products that I didn't order I just want to make sure that I don't have to pay any of these things.

Missing package

Amazon - Missing package
I ordered a bipap machine and it was supposedly delivered to my address. It was not delivered to me but to someone in a whole different state. I just keep being bounced around on where my order is and who is responsible.

I have been ordering from Amazon since I started college, but I have recently had some negative situations in terms of item delivery. Why take my money if you are unable to deliver items.

You should notify customer if you dont have the quantities to fill an order instead of sending less than what has been ordered. Notify of the refund instead of customer having to call to initiate, because you didnt deliver what was ordered.

Return Processing

The customer service representative helped straighten out some item return issues. She was patient, focused on the need to fix the returns, and knowledgeable just about what needed to be done. Part of the return issue was online it kept trying to send me to multiple locations to make my returns. This issue was resolved by the representative. He other issue was getting credits to apply to original payment method. This too was resolved. I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, service oriented representative to answer the phone. Whatever she makes as an income, she deserves a bonus for being exemplary!

Order denied

I dont know why my order was declined. I cannot even recall ordering anything in the past few weeks. Customer service is fantastic

Customer service screws up

Representative managed to change my new phone number but the. Switched me to Halo dept and they cant sync my Halo with new phone. It will take several more days. Everyone nice and polite but in a big rush to push me off to someone wlse

I think I am being scammed

I just got a message from Amazon that I am being billed for $769.99 for a Samsung product. Invoice #AO1 41225-****6-5814 that is being sent to someone in San Antiono Texas. I dont have a prime Amazon account and I never ordered this. I havent been charged to my bank account yet

Trying to return a gift. When I tried, tells me to contact customer service

It took over 35 minutes on the phone to finally get a code to take to UPS for return of this item. A supervisor had to handle this issue. The item was on a gift receipt and when I tried to get a return code/label online, it told me I had to contact customer service. Until I found your website with the phone number, I was going around in circles! I spent over an hour yesterday and another hour today.

Customer Service stinks:. REFUND STATUS

I contacted customer service about a refund that was supposed to be sent back to my credit card but was never sent. I was told by someone named Ann that my refund was sent to a debit card that is no longer associated with my account. The refund was never sent to either card, so when I asked Ann for the number to corporate her supervisor, or ID# she told me that she couldn't give me any of that and tried to talk over me. Ann was very rude and shouldn't be in customer service, she needs to be home washing dishes or cleaning house because she doesn't belong in customer service. I will not shop at Amazon anymore.
