Charged for something that wasn't approved

My account is charged the same amount each other for an account I don't own. When I called and spoke to a representative, she specified that she was unable to assist me with my problem, as she was unable to tell me why my account was charged. When I asked her to speak with someone that could help me, she told me that there wasn't anyone that would be able to tell me anything different from what she had already told me, which I knew was BS.... All I want is for my account to stop being charged, and my money returned. I work hard for my pennies, with none to spare, and don't appreciate my possessions being taken without my permission. That is called stealing. REFUND REQUIRED!!!

User's recommendation: Having a prime account is very much beneficial until your bank account is charged for someone else's product with no explanation or recovery of funds.

A full refund, an investigation as to who services I was charged for, an apology for the rude *** representative I spoke to, and a direct phone number to someone that can assist with all problems.

I have ordered an I pod cover on 16th of November unfortunately I have put an wrong address payment got deducted.i got the message credited but money not get credited on my account.i called costumer service they said it will credited on working days.

They Oder a car part that I never said or did order and been over a month now for the money to be back on my card 63.44 so I well not be use this anymore for anything

Problem getting refund

Purchased a ring(DIYA 14 karat sterling ring) it broke into 2 pieces first week. Getting A refund was a nightmare. Had me sending it to Las Vegas, then telling me it didnt get there, giving me another address in Las Vegas. Thank God for Amazon, they took care of things and I did get my refund. It was such a hassle. They were even taking off money for whatever reason but Amazon came through and made up for it

My card has been charged twice this month October 18 & 23 for $ 4.99

My account has been charged 4.99 three times this month, refunded once for this charge then charged two more time on October 18 &;; 23 for 4.99. I need my debit card information delete from your account so it want keep repeating itself and I my have to report fraud to my bank.

AMAZON WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

I returned their product the wrong item. As per my return stated. As i have been getting 80% the wrong item from second chance amazon inspected (a joke) items. Once they received it they said i did not send back the asus crosshair vIII i sent back the wrong item. As they sent me the wrong item to return (reason for the return) They stole my 400.00
