Locked out of my account

Customer service could not help me they told me I needed to do everything by email online. Which is not true as this happened to me once before and I called and customer service helped me. I am so dissatisfied with that woman I spoke to.

Too hard to find the phone number that will get quick results

I know I can and I know how to complete most issues on the web.it is when I cannot solve the issue that I even attempt to call! Is there a way to get to someone faster?

The dog boots were too big. 2.The dog vest collar were too small The dog boots really got me by surprise because I thought it were going to be four boots in the package but only to know their only one pairs instead of two pairs. The vest collar I order a small but fit like an XS so I reordered and got a M

User's recommendation: Some items run too big and some too small. But don’t give up keep sending them back until you get the right one that fit your pet.

The package was marked delivered and they took a picture but I never saw or received the package I think the drivers should know and take a picture of the address on the door if nobody is home take it to the leasing office of the apartment complex or take it back and try again the next day Im not happy that I never saw or received my package I would like another one sent free of charge

I was a victim of identity theft. Someone was using my account to order things.

My initial report to Amazon about it was ignored, but through your platform I was able to call Amazon. They told me my account is on hold and will likely be closed. They told me to keep the merchandise I wanted to return.

They said the account is being investigated. I guess it means I can't open an another account using my email address, which I didn't really like and also I wish I could know more about how to protect myself from this type of thing happening again, but from my side I am satisfied now with what they have done to resolve it.

I have no way of contacting their customer service since they are telling me I have to do it from within my account but I can't get into my account because they put a hold on it until I produce documentation that I am the owner of the payment method in my account but that is the whole point - I am not the owner of the payment method because my identity was stolen so we are in a catch 22 and they don't seem to have the ability to deal with such a case
