Unfortunately I can’t get into my account and they don’t have a easy way to retrieve my account

I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Amazon account, and unfortunately, there is no available recovery option. This situation is particularly frustrating as I have pending orders that I am unable to access due to the inability to log in. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. It is highly inconvenient to have to navigate this process repeatedly when accessing Amazon services. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly to prevent me from discontinuing my use of your company. Sincerely Aenea Martino

I have been in constant contact for the past 4 days since my Amazon account was hacked. I am getting no help. There was just over $303 available in gift card funds which are now in the hands of the criminal who hacked into my account and not only change my name address phone number email address and password, multiple times. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get resolution it is now been 4 days. Every phone call is a fight. I get hung up on I get disconnected and I have to argue with every agent that I speak to. I have orders that are supposed to arriving at my address that were fully paid for which I cannot get them to track for me but I cannot get into my account and tell them all of the information that they need to know because it's been changed. I told Amazon 4 days ago to freeze my account so that my $3O3 would not be stolen. They did not do so. I have been repeatedly lied to and dragged through the mud for 4 days. I responded to an advertisement for free mayonnaise that took me to Amazon I had no idea that my life was going to be stolen from me and doing so. I want know I demand some help from Amazon and getting my account restored so I can retrieve my funds and leave Amazon forever. I am so tired of wasting my breath and arguing with these people until I lose my voice. I have been a customer of Amazon for over 20 years. I'm tired of being treated like I have no value in them in inconvenience. Someone broke into my account. It seems to me that that's a crime. I tried to get help and identifying myself so that I'm able to get back into my account and change the email and password myself to keep the criminals from accessing my account anymore. For some reason Amazon has been sending me emails claiming that I'm the one changing the information when it's not me doing it. And I like likelihood your fraud department has been communicating with the criminal instead of communicating with me by using the changed address by the hacker. I want the orders that I paid for yesterday today and in the next 2 days. But I can't get anybody to give me the information where they are despite my having given them the order number, items my name, address and original email address. I WANT SOME HELP AND I WANT TO STOP BEING JERKED AROUND. THERE'S A CRIME THAT'S TAKEN PLACE. YOU WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF AMAZON WOULD TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. REALIZE THAT I'M NOT THE CRIMINAL I AM THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT OWNER AND I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK AND I WANT MY $303. AND MY ORDERS. IN THE LAST 65 HOURS I HAVE CONTACTED AMAZON MORE THAN 25 TIMES. I'M READY TO YANK MY HAIR OUT. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO WHOEVER IT NEEDS TO GO TO TO GET SOME BLOODY HELP.

Preferred solution: I would like Amazon fraud department to restore my account and to replace the funds that have been ripped off out of it because I've waited for seven days and they've left my account insecure.

User's recommendation: This is the copy of the gift card that my friend can’t use. I’ve asked for a refund with no help whatsoever. They will not honor him using this card because it was sent from Mexico. Don’t understand that either cause I do not have a Mexican account.

Hot s 100 dollars gift card for Christmas and could not scratch or peel off the sticker to get the numbers to redeam card . Call Amazon customer service and they said that the card was already redeemed and there is nothing they could do .

But I need the one I took a picture of, and they have it in stock.

"I added special delivery instructions, asking the delivery person to bring the parcels up one flight of stairs because I'm handicapped. That didn't happen.

Three boxes were left downstairs, two of them are so large a small child could fit inside. Both are heavy. I had to PAY someone $10 to bring them up for me. This is not the first time my packages have been left downstairs.

Are the delivery people told to ignore special instructions, or is it they just don't care about anything other than racing to their next delivery? You have no idea what it means to be handicapped, and then to be disregarded because of it makes my situation more unbearable."

There is no good-business reason I can think of that would keep a delivery person from not honoring the special delivery requests.

Did you pay extra when checking out online to get large, heavy items delivered to a specific location? (on top of normal shipping). Otherwise it is left at the entrance to the building.

Help with damaged product.. possibly infected

Attempting to contact Amazon on their 1-800 number, I was told by AI that the wait would be 2 minutes. With no new update, I hung up far after that time.

I need a damaged product replaced quickly. Have more patience or learn the tricks to get to a human.

Our orders have been cancelled twice! After speaking with a UPS employee, we have learned several things: Amazon lockers can be full, and if you wait until available, don’t hold your breath.

If someone returns an item before your delivery, you're out of luck!

And it gets better: in January, in most areas, UPS and Amazon are dropping each other's contracts! Should be frustratingly interesting—Bahumbug.

I have been repeatedly overcharged for my Prime membership ($7.94 instead of $7.49) and spent hours dealing with customer service. Despite promises from agents like Agamya and Moran Krishnaincluding a $30 credit and three free monthsnothing has been resolved.

I was transferred between multiple agents, made to repeat myself, and offered only vague assurances.

Taxes were used to justify the overcharge, and I received no confirmation of a refund or credit. Extremely frustrating experience.

I ordered Timberland work boots for $143 and was sent used boots. This is ridiculous.

I've ordered these before and never had an issue.

It's almost like the driver took his boots off and swapped them. I'm in disbelief.
