Never got my package. But was saying it was delivered . Took off work to receive it but never got it. Highly disappointed. First time it ever happened to me.. waiting on a refund for my misplaced items. Dont understand why it was misplaced . Please refund my items . Would of love to receive my order.

Damage product this is why i dont like to shop on Amazon company sucks *** not sure what else you want me to say except give me my money back or discount on this beat up snowblower. Ill be sure to tell all my friends not to buy *** from your company especially big bulky stuff because it will come in damage and then you have to stand several days on dealing with Amazon.

On November 13th 2023, I placed an order for an Asus touchscreen lcd monitor for $172.48.

Amazon gives an option to split the payment and will take the split payment amount every 4 weeks for example. for this particular item they split into 3 payments.

During the period that I had this item, two payments were made. I had to update my account to reflect a debit card that was closed and my new card number was entered into amazon's system. First payment was November 13, 2023 - Visa ending in 2437: $66.48. Second payment December 22, 2023 - Visa ending in 1133: $53.00.

I wasn't happy with the monitor and requested a refund. The item was shipped back to amazon promptly. The item was received on Jan 5,2024. There was a refund issued to card ending in 1133 for $53.00.

The other refund for $66.48 to card ending in 2437 was declined (Per amazon customer service rep "Precious" whom I spoke with on January 22, 2024. Precious had told me over this phone conversation that because my card was declined when they tried to issue that refund the only option was to have an amazon gift card issued to my account. She also stated that she was going to send this information on to the "appropriate dept" or something along those lines. It's now 2/22/2024, a month later and amazon still has my $66.48.

No refund has been issued and there is not any gift cards on my account for that amount. Please advise, as I feel I've gotten no where with amazon customer service.

I've done their online chat 3x and got no where and I have called their customer service and that went no where. thank you

I am beyond frustrated. I ordered 4 items as a very important gift. It had NEVER been delivered. I have called. Multiple times. No one seems to be able to deliver on their promises. You tried to deliver, but AFTER our business was closed. And who knows what you have done with the package.

Package delivered to wrong street address. Our address is 121 Roelke Dr. and is being delivered to 74 Cannon Dr. in Knollwood TX. It happens on every delivery.
