I've made purchases from Amazon for over twenty years. My first account was closed after ten years due to some internal Amazon problem. I made a second account in 2012 after the first one was eerily closed. During the time I had these accounts, I purchased and paid for many thousands of dollars from each of those accounts. After having the second account, I obtained a store card and a Chase Amazon card. I have multiple other cards, so I didn't always use the Amazon cards all that often - preferring to use my other credit cards. Due to inactivity using the Amazon cards, They cancelled them. That was absolutely fine with me, but I found it odd since I had only used them sporadically and only for Amazon purchases. The card cancellation was odd since I have other store cards with many other businesses I've had for over 50 years - that I seldom use for some years at a time! A few months after my Amazon cards were canceled by Amazon, I started to log into my account and couldn't. After calling Amazon, I found my account had been mysteriously closed without my knowledge. The Amazon rep then proceeded to tell me that my account had never had any purchases - despite the thousands of past purchases - some as recently as a year back. I was then told to make a new account. After some thought, I decided I no longer wanted to do business with any business that operates in such a flaky manner. I also have a good suspicion Amazon account leaks of my information were the cause of the sudden appearance of my private and personal information all over the Internet - information that costed me time and money to have removed from public view to stop scammers that had instantly sucked it up, and began using it.

User's recommendation: Avoid Amazon like the plague. Betters product deals can be found elsewhere with other Internet searches. Amazon does not value their longtime paying customers, only the frequency of purchases. They also fail to hold secure the private information of their customers. Private Information in their care is being leaked and used by scammers for abusive and illegal acts. Also, Amazon Prime is no deal for consumers. It has never been anything but an added and unreliable expense to consumers - more akin to nothing but a scam reputable companies refuse to engage in.

This is outrageous. I encourage you to look at the messages section of my account. I submitted a return request on the 30th. Then I emailed after no reply. According to the rep Victor that reset the a-z claim period. Now I cant find a link for the claim. Im furious. Im over 60 so just how is it you are prioritizing seniors???? ***please note the message from VF references a second attempt to contact the vendor. Then on the 3rd the vendor says theyre closed.

They over charged my card again

No one answered the phone, the automatic services came on and it said Amazon isn’t taking any phones calls at this time. So I’m more upset then I was when I was trying to talk to someone. Further more my questions never got answered and I feel like they are stealing money from people that people really don’t have right now and it’s juat said. I made a purchase of 3 items paid for it all together at the same time, they charged me one big amount then charged me again for the items separately, which really doesn’t make any sense.

Been waiting on my orders for long time

Order# 416071161 Invoice # 84209 I was supposed to get this item the latest by April 27. After waiting for a month already. Im moving tomorrow and have send a few messages to the seller telling him not to send it anymore. But he keep sending me a message telling me, is taking a little bit longer and I will get this item by June!! I dont wanted anymore. I wont be leaving at this address and I also dont need it! Already found it at the store

I contacted them to let them know about my orders I placed where being used in another state and they didn't get to the bottom of the matter or problem that stole my funds and allowed them to do whatever they want to do with my funds and they still did what they wanted to do .12,280.20

I have tried multiple times to sign in, reset, receive, and OTP - and it will not send to my mobile number on file. I am extremely frustrated, annoyed, and getting mad because this keeps happening!!

I placed a order 1 month ago and still haven’t gotten it , to find out it’s coming from China. This is ridiculous and I want my money back a total $19.97 2 times equaling $ 39.82 .
