Didn’t replace damaged coffee
The first one they say got lost after five days wasnt replaced.then when they sent a replacement had a big dent in it and it was no longer vacuum packed.so now they dont want to replace it even with a photo.this has been going on a week after the last call .something that was supposed to be a two day delivery.Is now to weeks. I was charged all I want is my coffee

The refund was withdrawn and the seller was contacted but I feel that Amazon is responsible for full refund paid $180.00 for product and received $46.18 refund and till $134.67 towards restocking fees need to resolve I am paying all this money for no product the switch came broken from seller please resolve Amazon no

The customer service rep serene did a great job resolving my issue. If the time it takes to get to a great person like that could be shorter that would be my advice but when I got serene on the phone, the wait was well worth it thanks for a great job serene!

I am very angry! Several packages on route out for delivery.
You get a notice that now you have to wait 3 extra days for a 2-day delivery! You call, and they have no feasible explanation for the delay. If it was out for delivery, why wasn't it in the same vehicle? Amazon is terrible!
I am absolutely furious as their service is absolutely horrible. I will be finding myself not doing business with them in the future!
- Offer good products from other brands who sell through them
- Theyre delivery source is not dependable

Verified ReviewerWell, I had purchased 2 gift cards; with the option of separating the payments. Well that did not happen they charged all at once. So I had nothing left to purchase other items that I wanted.
Well, I didn't get to finish my review. Amazon said they would fix it; it hasn't happened yet. I still don't have anything open to make other purchases.

I had a delivery guy out trying to find my address. I got a phone call from a number that was from Washington State.
And I don't answer anything. I don't know who it is, well. Later, I found out that there was a text that said he was trying to deliver my package.
I don't know if he didn't know where to go or what. And I'm trying to find out what happened; please contact me.

Realice un pedido el 17 de agosto y nunca llego a mi casa e reportado el problema mi problema con ustedes mas de 3 veces y no tengo respuesta me dice que espere hasta el 19 de septiembre y nada ahora me dicen que el paquete fue robado y que el vendedor ya no saben de el que tiene. Registro de como se robaron mi paquete y aun no me resuelve mi problema soy cliente de Amazon desde hace mucho tiempo y no puedo creer lo que me está pasando y que no tenga respuesta de ustedes ya no me quieren ni responder por el cha dígame donde expongo mi problema
